Spacious three bedroom home in South Nags Head perfect for 2 families. Located at Milepost 21, just ½ mile from the Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Beds for 9, plus aero bed, as needed. Upstairs: One queen bedroom, one over-sized bedroom with 4 twin beds plus twin trundle, and one full bath. Downstairs: One queen bedroom, one full bath, large spacious great room, and full kitchen. TV in great room and downstairs queen bedroom. House comes with internet, Directv, books and games. Other amenities include a nice wide deck, back screened porch, spacious outdoor shower, and grill. Beach access two short blocks away.

Fun Cottage

If you’re looking for a family friendly cottage, this is it! Plenty of room…the dining room table seats 10. Games, books galore and even has a beach wagon available supplied with beach toys for the kiddos. The owner is very friendly and responsive to any need we had. Upon arrival this cottage could have been cleaner and needs some minor updates.

Great Host!

This home was really nice! It's very close to the beach, just a short walk across the street to a gorgeous public beach. We love the South Nag's head area and being away from all the traffic and noise of Nag's Head. Very well stocked home for visitors to just hunker down with family and spend some quality time together. The owner is also so helpful, we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house and the owner was able to come over and get us back into the house in just a short time. Great communication and responsiveness!

The Bitter family owns and manages MP 21 Properties in South Nags Head. We live just down the street from both of the properties we currently manage with others soon to be acquired. Summers in Nags Head have been a family tradition for over 25 years and it will be our permanent home in a few short years. We have spent many years frequenting the areas unique shops, restaurants and sites and we would love to share our recommendations with you. No need to check in at a rental company miles up the beach, the keys will meet you at the door!

The quiet family friendly beach located at MP 21 provides the best beach vacation possible. Whether its surfing, fishing, boogie boarding, kayaking, skim boarding, sailing or just sun bathing, it's all here with a little extra space to move. Many restaurants, surf shops and activities including golf, deep sea fishing, pier fishing and others are a short drive away.
