Unfortunately, our stay did not meet basic hospitality standards. Most concerning was a significant cockroach infestation throughout the property, which made the space uncomfortable and unhygienic.Additionally, basic essentials were lacking—the property was not stocked with an adequate supply of toilet paper for our group. To make matters worse, the cleaning staff arrived an hour prior to our scheduled checkout time, creating an awkward and rushed departure when we were still packing and preparing to leave.Between the pest issue, insufficient supplies, and disregard for checkout times, this property requires significant management attention before hosting future guests. I cannot recommend booking here until these issues are properly addressed.

Overall this was a decent house. There were some things in this house that need addressed as far as cleaning. The back upper deck is need of repair and we did not go out on it because of that. A few other cosmetic things throughout the house need attention. As far as space and location it was very good.

Perfect for our Large Group

We had a great stay! The owner allowed us to check in early since our baseball game at LakePoint ended a little earlier. The size and space was perfect for our larger group.

Very nice house!

My husband and teenage son had a great stay at this house, which they used as a base for a local basketball tournament close to Lake point. Plenty of room, quiet neighborhood…recommend!

Great Visit

Perfect location for our retreat. House was well equipped and comfortable. Love visiting Cartersville and plan on returning. Would definitely book this house again if I needed this size of home.
