Stayed here for a baseball tournament. Place was super clean and very accommodating. Close to lake point and grocery stores are near by. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family met up in Cartersville for a mini-reunion, and this condo worked out really well for the small group of us who planned to stay for a few days. The owner was easy to work with, and the split-level design worked out really well.

Mini getaway

Overall our stay was perfect. We were surrounded by various stores, restaurants, and shopping plazas. This made it really convenient for us. Also we were not far from Lakepoint sports complex where my son played basketball at over the weekend. We had a great time, hopefully, the pool will be open next time when we come back. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in your Vrbo home. The place was perfect for everyone as each room has their own bathroom and shower which was perfect as it was rather hot and humid the week we stayed and everyone wanted to clean up and head out for some good food. This is located about 15 mins away from LakePoint Sports Park which is where we spent most of our week, but it is near many antique shops for fun and many places to eat that are local or chain restaurants your choice. Mr. Guy was very friendly and response was timely when asking questions. Thank you for a great experience!

Fantastic for long term rental

Brian was a great host and the condo was immaculate. This is a great place to stay for a long term corporate rental with all of the amenities you need and for a great price. Location is close to the highway, shopping and entertainment.

Very Nice Cartersville Townhouse

The Cartersville Townhouse was very clean. The 3-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath was very spacious. It's in a nice, quiet community. Thank you to the property manager, Brian, for making check-in and check-out so seamless. I would definitely rent this property again.

Quiet, convenient, perfect for our get together

The condo is in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the interstate and all the services we needed. It is very clean and very well maintained with a nicely stocked kitchen. The 3 bedroom /3 bath combo gives everyone plenty of privacy, with 2 separate seating /tv areas. A fine place - we had a lovely stay!

Great townhouse convenient location

Townhouse exactly as pictured. Located in a nice and quiet area. Unit is a short walk to community pool. Very convenient to downtown and Rome. Owner is very responsive. Everyone enjoyed our stay.

Art trip to the Booth Museum

It was great. Very roomy and accommodating. Three friends, we each had our own room. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Beds were comfy and it was just all around a nice place.
