Great house really enjoyed the property. The only downside was it took about 15 minutes to get back.to HWY 74 and it takes 30 minutes to get anywhere. But the cabin is great.

Fabulous place and view

Beautiful modern home with views that were absolutely outstanding. A nice paved (yet steep) road leads to this home. 20 minutes from Bryson City.

Beautiful views and lovely cabin

Loved the views. Cabin very lovely and clean and beds were very comfortable. However cabin was more of a showpiece, and not very practical Furniture on main living area, not comfortable. Enormous windows everywhere which showed the wonderful views but NO curtains or blinds on any of them and sun was brutal in evenings, and no privacy at night. TVs did not work which I don’t normally care about, but my elderly father was disappointed.

Ladybug issue

House itself is beautiful. Quiet. We had a problem with dead and alive ladybugs all over the house upon check in. House was not cleaned recently “for us” but likely was cleaned few weeks prior to our arrival. They did respond back about it after I reached out but we expect cleaner conditions upon arrival for the amount of money we paid. I swept two dust pans of bugs up as soon as we walked in. It is also very difficult to find the place at night in the dark. Would recommend earlier check in.

Very nice property with great views. While the house is beautiful with huge east facing windows there were no shades or window treatments. The afternoon sun was brutal making the main living room almost unusable. Some retractable shades would solve this while retaining the architectural integrity. Also there are only overhead lighting; no lamps. A couple small lamps would make late night reading more pleasant. With a few small tweaks this could be a 10 out of 10 property. Still we would stay there again.

Smoky Mountain View

Enjoyed our stay at Sunset Falls, the pics don’t do the views justice, best views of the Smokies in all of Bryson City! A very private and relaxing setting with a great floor plan.

Beautiful property! Very dusty and floors were dirty. Wifi never worked upstairs. Would have been perfect if not for those issues.
