Beautifully appointed and spacious. Enjoy the privacy of the wooded setting in the hot tub on the deck or simply relax and unwind from city life.
Enjoy the beauty of Nittany Valley (the home is situated on 15 pristine acres) while you are only 27 minutes to the Penn State Campus, Beaver Stadium, the Bryce Jordan Center, and Medlar Field at Lobrano Park-the State College Spikes Minor League Baseball Stadium.
It is also a great home base for other Center County attractions like the Grange Fair, Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts, or summer vacations in close proximity to the Bald Eagle State Park and Foster Sayers Lake, Penn’s Cave and Wildlife preserve, and Woodward Cave only minutes away-not hours!
For Fly Fishermen and Hunters, Spring Creek, Penn’s Creek, and the Bald Eagle Creek, have some of the best Trout Fishing anywhere. For Hunting season, deer, turkey, and bear are plentiful and some are record breakers.
Why stay in town when you can enjoy country living in a beautiful home and stay in one of the most beautiful areas in Pennsylvania? It’s also interesting to note that Nittany Valley has one of the largest Amish Communities in the State. You can find baked goods, cheese shops, leather goods, quilts, and see Amish Farms at work in traditional ways.

Our stay was exactly what we needed for a weekend at Penn State. Just be careful because there’s two locations with the same address in the GPS so we went to the wrong place (15 minutes away) accidentally!

Perfect PSU trip!

Our group stayed at this property to attend a Penn State football game. We wished we had another day or two to relax at the house afterwards! We especially loved the game room and hot tub. Excellent communication from the owners too. We highly recommend!

The perfect countryside get away!

Wonderful hosts who were helpful and well organized! Our family enjoyed the special touches - board games, cornhole boards, linens already provided, etc. It was warm and welcoming and the brunch we hosted there on Sunday morning was a hit - plenty of room for the caterer to set up food, plenty of parking and a big beautiful yard for the kids to play while the adults chatted! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Just beautiful & very clean!

This was the perfect house for our large family. We were there for our daughters graduation from PSU. Location was about 20 minutes away, but it worked out perfectly for us. The house was truly amazing. Had everything we needed and the location is just spectacular. I will definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous and private

Myself in three coworkers rented the property for the weekend to attend a Penn State football game. The property Is located In an area that is very secluded. The house was well decorated and offered plenty of space for myself and my coworkers. Communication with the owner and rental manager was excellent. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking to get away for a romantic romantic weekend or just once some seclusion. You can’t go wrong with this property.

Perfect house and location for families

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for 4 nights. We were here for our son’s ROTC commencement ceremony and graduation from Penn State. The location of this home worked well for us. The travel to and from the home and PSU was simple and most of it is on main roads. The home is very clean, spacious, well maintained and has a great layout especially if you have family members who have difficulty moving around. The house has everything you could need for a family stay with plenty of towels, blankets and other items you may need. All of the furniture is high quality, well maintained and matching. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a family or group location.

Great Racecation Location

My family headed to Bellefonte for a nice, big place to stay for the Ironman 70.3 Happy Valley race. It was a great location between the swim start and the university where the Ironman village and finish line were located. The house was decorated great and was very cozy with lots of places to sit and relax. We loved the corn hole set out back! Well stocked kitchen to cook our various meals. Air conditioner units keep the house very comfortable. Our only tough spot was that we thought we had enough beds for our whole family, so a minor hiccup when the two kids had to sleep on cots in the office room. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Rental Property

Took some friends to a PSU game and stayed at this wonderful home. Very comfortable, inviting and exceptionally clean . Make sure to visit nearby Goot Essa Cheese (ask for a tour of their cellars), and Hublersburg Inn restaurant. We will definitely stay here again.
