Our family stayed here for several days and enjoyed the pool, local shops, and beautiful scenery. Great location to hop in the car and go downtown Jackson Hole or the parks. We loved it!
Wonderful property near the mountains/ski slopes. Simple check-in, close to Jackson and easy access to the Park. Many activities enjoyed in Teton village and fun restaurants. Highly recommend!
We had a great stay! Easy to either take the shuttle which comes every 15 minutes or walk 50 yards up to the lift. The beds are great! Everything worked well!
We had no problems! We enjoyed our stay and the house was nicely equipped with more than expected. The beds were comfortable and was great for our 3 families. Would highly recommend this property.

Thank you for staying with JHRL! We’d love to have you back any time. We appreciate the nice review.
One of the smoothest vacation transactions we've had. They provided information we needed in a respective way and left open lines for any future concerns or communication. I would say the construction going on in the level below is was the only negative, but realize it has to be done when someone is staying there, and makes the most sense in a slower me of the year. Thanks for the great stay!
This place was perfect for our big group. It was located in a great area, clean, and well cared for. We saw a moose outside on three different days which was cool! We were doing a half marathon and the Teton Village was very close to our start line.
Our group had an absolute blast. The two huge snow storms were awesome. The condo was perfect for our needs. Great location. Had everything we needed. Nice layout and good vibe. The hot tub was great too. Can't wait to return. (The only issue was that we could not stay an extra night when our flight was cancelled.)
Nice place appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Convenient location in Teton Village. Easy check in/out process and clear communication with property manager. No view, but we spent most of our time out exploring so had plenty of views that way. There was a heat wave while we were there so a couple of nights were warmer than we would have liked for sleeping (unit is not air conditioned). Property manager was great to bring us a couple of extra fans for our stay.
I stayed here with a group of six friends and we had plenty of space. We used the three bedrooms in the main floor, so we did not use the loft space, which works be perfect for children. Our coffee pot was not working and one of the hair dryers was broken. We reported it at the nearby office and new items were waiting for us when we returned from our day travels.

Thank you for the feedback, Susan. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay and that our staff was timely responding to your requests. Please come back again soon!
Convenient Location but Initial Cleanliness Was an IssueThe property was in a very convenient location for skiing, which made our daily trips to the slopes easy and enjoyable. However, the place was not clean when we arrived, which was disappointing and had to be addressed immediately. Our initial contact person was unresponsive, but thankfully, the property receptionist stepped in and handled the situation promptly. Once we finally got in touch with the manager, the matter was resolved. While the location was fantastic, the lack of cleanliness and the delayed response from the main contact dampened the experience.
This condo was well equipt and very comfortable. One thing I will add as it was a happy surprise for us, is that I would call it ski in/ski out…. It was a very short walk to the Moosecreek quad at the start of the day and we skied right to the front steps at the end of the day. That was great!
Overall, very clean, well stocked, and comfortable rental unit.
The condo was pleasantly decorated and well stocked with soap, kitchenware, and towels. Our only complaint that the grill did not work properly. After complaint, someone came out and fixed it, but grilling on another night, it still did not get above 250 degrees. This did not detract from out stay as we had an overall positive experience there. Would recommend this place to any future prospects.
Condo is well equipped and very clean. This was our second time staying in the same condo and we were as happy as with the previous stay. Definitely recommend.
The condo was very nice, only a couple of things to note. There is no AC, so must keep windows open to cool down, fans were provided. Also there is no vent for the cooktop. There are enough cooking utensils and pots and pans were of good quality. Also it would be handy to have some counter wipes and cleaning supplies available for longer stays.
Great condo in a beautiful setting. Very clean and comfortable, enough room for everyone to spread out or be together. Kitchen had everything I needed, plus stores and restaurants close. The only thing was we had my 80 year old mother with us and the steps up and down to the second floor were killing her, especially the high altitude. I would definitely rent here again!
After recently renting this unit for 3 nights for 3 couples after a wonderful Jackson Lake kayak trip, several things should be addressed. Although the condo itself is very accommodating, the kitchen needs attention. There isn’t any plan to the cabinet storage and since the shelves are stationary, it is very difficult to see what is in the lower cupboards. A suggestion would be, install rollouts. The drip coffee pot is too small for large groups. I will give a pass to the maintenance team because of COVID but when we checked in there weren’t any extra kitchen garbage bags and the master bath did not have a hair dryer. When the lack of garbage bags was conveyed to management, we were told some would be delivered; however none ever were. On a positive note, the beds, pillows, and other amenities were comfortable and plentiful. Also, there is an extensive library in the unit that provides all sorts of information about hiking, water activitues, and local wildlife.
I was traveling with my very large family, there were 9 of us, with the youngest child being 21 yo. The location was perfect for us with a large bright kitchen that opened into the family/dining area, making it very easy for us to visit and enjoy each others company. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with any item we might need to create a great family meal.
