Did you try to contact us about this cleaning issue when you arrived? We have a customer service that works 24/7 to give you a complete service and support. When a guest arrives at house and verify some cleaning issue, this guest needs to report it to us immediately, so we can forward it to our cleaning department to get prompt action about it. Unfortunately, we weren't informed about these issues during your stay and weren't able to take any action on time. Sorry Bailee, really. Anyway, I passed these information to the department to get advised and take some action about it. About the documents required, it's a internal procedure that you was informed as per our contract. It's a secure way to the both sides, you and us, to be more guaranteed.
