About this property
Elegantly Designed Cabin w/ Sauna and Hot Tub Minutes From Dollywood
As you enter the cabin, the stunning beauty of imported Scandinavian logs fill your senses, and welcomes you to your new home away from home. Enjoy the many comforts and conveniences in this professionally designed cabin which is located in a serene semi-secluded wooded setting. Take a short 2.5 mile trip to the main parkway in Pigeon Forge which puts you minutes away from Dollywood, The Island and many other attractions.
Elegant Design and Conveniences
The main floor of this cabin features a sitting area with comfortable furnishings in front of a tranquil gas log fireplace where you can settle in and watch a movie on the large 55’’ flat-screen 4k Smart HDTV with Cable and Netflix as well as Wi-Fi throughout the cabin for your added enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a stack washer/dryer is located in the nearby laundry closet and the stylish dining table comfortably accommodates six. There is also a charcoal grill provided for cooking outdoors. Doors from both the living room and bedroom lead to the covered deck that offers a soothing hot tub and deck rockers to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The Integrated Touchscreen Smart Panel allows you to control the temperature, lighting and alarm system throughout the cabin.
Unwind and Relax
Unwind in regal fashion in the luxurious king bed suite or in the romantic jetted tub for two. Here you can cuddle in front of the cozy gas log fireplace and watch your favorite program on cable TV. The adjoining full bathroom features an amazing glass enclosed stone shower with a rainfall fixture and to make your stay even more special, there is a sauna where you can truly refresh your body, mind and spirit.
Fun and Games
The open loft features a pool table, board games, pub table, love seat sleeper, large flat-screen HDTV for hours of entertainment.
What To Bring
We will provide towels and bed linens, a starter set of toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, shampoo and body wash. Our fully equipped kitchen includes appliances, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes and utensils. Items you need to bring include but are not limited to your toiletries, bottled water, cooking spices, coffee filters, extra blankets, laundry detergent and a flashlight.
Other things to Note
1. There is a steep hill leading to the community where the cabin is located but the roads are well paved so unless there's inclement weather any car should be fine. With that being said we do recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles when visiting the area especially if there's inclement weather.
2. The cabin is in the woods so you will likely see and hear critters and may even be lucky enough to spot a bear!
3. There are cameras on the outside of the property that we use to monitor the cabin occasionally
4. There is a camera lens located on the security panel inside the cabin, which is meant to record security events (burglar alarm, fire alarm, etc.), which has been blocked so that it can no longer capture any media, but we're disclosing its existence.
4. The fireplace is shut down from April 1 to October 1, as with most cabins in the area.
5. Please respect our home as this is also a vacation home for us, thanks!

About the host
Hosted by Kara
As a Airbnb host I like for our guests to view the world as I do, unscripted, fun with a convenient and comfortable space to come back to reflect on the adventures experienced each day! In my own travels I find myself quickly dismissing some of the standard tourist must sees and instead making room for experiencing travel through the eyes of those who call New York or Tennessee their home.
Many guests come to see the sights that we are most known for, but I hope for our guests to experience travel as I do. Everyday is an adventure for my family and I, whether big or small, around the corner or a quick ride away. Whether visiting New York or Tennessee each are bursting with flavor and excitement waiting for those who are ready to explore inside and outside the box!
Travel I believe is one of life's best lessons. It reminds us how vast, yet intimate our world is. Every country, city and town has its own unique flavor, but many commonalities as well. My favorite travel destination by far is the Caribbean! USVI, BVI, Aruba, Barbados, St. Martin, Trinidad & Tobago, the opportunities are endless. Each island shares many similarities while distinctly offering there own flavor making each visit unique.
At home as well as abroad I think the things I value most are connecting with people, great food, a great book and the arts. I look forward to connecting with my guests who choose our home for their next vacation destination!
