The villa has panoramic views towards the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the Sierra de Bernia Mountains on the opposite side. Its location makes it appealing for those wanting to enjoy the nearby notorious Costa Blanca beaches such as Albir with its clear water and the wide range of water sports it offers, Calp with its sandy beaches and its iconic Penyal d'Ifach (which it is possible to climb) and the very popular Benidorm. Furthermore, several options are available for those who enjoy the mountain and want to trek on the Sierra de Bernia hiking trails and as well for those who enjoy golf as the villa is just 5 minutes by walk from the Altea Golf Club, considered one of the best golf clubs on the Costa Blanca. The Campomanes sailing club is proximate to the house, for those who love sailing.
