This Spectacular Beachfront home is located on the Pedestrian Beach. Walk Straight Off the Deck Onto the Beach with no cars between the house and the water. The 1,000 square foot, two bedroom “Lookout at Paradise Point” offers two queen beds, a bunkbed set, a queen sleeper sofa, 1 full bath, 1 half bath. Beautiful seaside decor with incredible ocean views. Seating on an expansive deck provides a relaxing retreat to take in the sea breeze and enjoy the marvelous beachfront view. Please note this is a Duplex Top unit.

Beach getaway

It was in a beautiful location, right on the beach. The view was fantastic. Almost private beach because of the location. We would definitely return if time permits…

End of Summer Fun!

Our stay was just perfect! From the clean and well stocked space, to the beach right under our balcony, we couldn't have asked for more. Even my teenager wants to go back. Thank you for a great time.

We had the best time! And the house is right on the beach! Like walk out your door and your in the water! The kids loved it and all want to go back!

What makes this property unique

Built to live in by the previous owner, the Lookout sits on one of the best waterfront locations on all of Surfside Beach, with both inside and outside views that can't be beat. A pleasant wine out on the balcony cooled by a nice ocean breeze. A step from the deck boardwalk out on to the beach and into the water. This is one of only a handful of houses that are located on the pedestrian beach, with no cars and therefore, much less crowded than many of the other beaches and a great place to take the kids. Quite often it is almost like having your own private beach. Beautifully appointed, the beach ambiance continues to flow as you enter. Outside showers downstairs and a large modern shower inside. A 65" big screen internet TV in the main room, with a 55" big screen internet TV in the master bedroom. Both TVs have Direct TV, as well. A modern kitchen, with all the trimmings.
