New Orleans Area 5BR 3.5ba with Gourmet Kitchen and Private Boat Dock

Sea Breeze is located in Slidell a Suburb of New Orleans. It is located 27 miles from the French Quarter and is an easy drive on I-10. The home is a FIVE bedroom home with two large bedrooms, two smaller bedrooms, and a bunk room. The home has been completely renovated in 2019 and everything in it is new. Designer furniture throughout professionally planned and implemented. Beautiful accent pieces and art work. Large living room with big screen TV. New appliances and kitchen accessories. Large deck with multiple sofas and plush chairs. Beautiful Large oak tree overhanging the deck providing a great area for shaded seating. The deck is only 15 feet from the water. There is huge 105 ft. dock with deep water access via boat. Bring your boat and kids and swim, ski, fish and boat in Lake Pontchartrain. The lake is a 3 minute boat ride from the dock. There is a large deck that has seating for eight and extra chairs for overflow. The home is 7 minutes from some of the best fishing in the country. You can even fish right off the dock in the front yard. There is phenomenal fishing in the Rigolets nearby with incredible salt water fishing and access to fresh water fishing within 20 minutes by boat.

You can play in the water or on the boat all day and hit the French Quarter at night for great fun and partying like no where else. You can catch an Uber, Taxi or drive. Great from two couples or a family. There is a sleeper sofa for over flow sleeping in the living room. The home has a nicely stock kitchen with all new appliances. There is a double oven and large stove. The home has a large working fire place and large dining room with a table that expands to seat 8. Great for family get together and large meals.
No pets allowed.
We will allow one certified service dog with appropriate certification papers but only with a $250 non refundable carpet cleaning fee. Multiple service animals are not allowed.

The home has 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 4 twins (two bunk beds) and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps 8 adults and 4 children.

House is beautiful. Loved the big kitchen but need more pans and better ones. Propane tank for grill was empty and asked about it and told we could go fill it ourselves. Definitely not enough towels or washcloths for everyone. We loved the location and how close it was to everything and were very appreciative of all the info and directions to everything before we got there.

Fantastic Location

The house was just as we had hoped for with great amount of space and all the amenities you could want. Area was a wonderful location on the waters edge so got to see lots of local birds and it was so quiet and peaceful. Easy to get into New Orleans and great place to come back to to escape all the hustle and bustle.

The property was exactly like the pictures. It was very spacious, the rooms were large and the bathrooms were nice. The back porch was great to enjoy the Lake. There was a swing that EVERYONE was able to enjoy. We would definitely stay again!

N’awlins New Year Celebratory Getaway

Good central point to visit New Orleans and even Mobile, Alabama and Biloxi, Mississippi. Nice to wake up every day to the view of the water. Enjoyed the open space that allowed the family to spread out and relax. Great experiencing New Years in New Orleans with the additional perk of being there during the Sugar Bowl.

Best view and stay

We use the house for an Easter vacation in Slidell with family. The place was spotless and the view in the backyard is delightful. We will rent it again for an upcoming weeding. Highly recommended. Our only recommendation is a larger coffe pot!!

Family time

We stayed here for a family reunion. The home exceeded our expectations. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the house overall was spacious. I do wish the bunk room had a tv, where the kids stayed, and one of the guest rooms didn’t have one either. However, with such a spectacular view on the water we hardly missed them! Lisa was a wonderful host and accommodated us when our flights were canceled. We would definitely stay here again

Multi Family Travelers

This was a perfect place to accommodate our group of 12. We especially like how all 3 couples had their own private bath… and that the teens could sleep in 2 separate rooms tucked away in a different area of the house. The amount of shared space was less than what we were used to but since we are a close group of friends - it actually allowed us more time to bond. I imagine that the outdoor space is a great alternative area for those that may need more space. Overall, this was a winner.

Oh Wowwwww!

The pictures does this property absolutely NO justice. This home was absolutely beautiful. The backyard was amazing and made for great relaxation. This home had all of the living essentials needed during our stay. Everyone slept comfortably and had more than enough space to in the common areas. The neighborhood was nice. We did a lot of driving back and forth to New Orleans which was about a 35 min drive.

Great stay.

We had a little stumble getting into the house, but Lisa was very pro-active in responding and resolving the issue. The house is great, but the online pictures are a bit outdated. For instance: 1) There is actually only one table as the the dining room was made into another bedroom, and 2) the outside of the house is now white. All in all we had a great time.

Sea Breeze is very comfortable and beautifully decorated with all new furnishings and finishes. Right on the water it is peacefully set in a waterfront community just a short drive (25 minutes) from the French Quarter and downtown New Orleans. Very conveniently located for shopping and dining with the family. Sea Breeze is also centrally located to allow access to the Mississippi Gulf coast beaches and casino's. You will not find a more comfortable home with water front access, a deep water dock, large deck with comfortable plush seating and an amazing view of the bayou and wildlife. Fishing is right off the dock in front of the house. A BBQ pit is available right on the deck. You can have it all with swimming. boating, kayaking, water skiing, tubing, barbecuing within a short drive to New Orleans. The home also has a large fireplace for cozy fires after a long day on the town. Very peaceful and quiet at night for a restful night sleep. Great dining options within a few minutes drive of the house.
