Downtown Nice Apartment with Parking

This 1 bedroom apartment is 2.0 miles from Beaver Stadium, 0.7 mi from Old Main and 0.3 mi from the intersection of College Ave and Atherton St. Space includes a full kitchen and a bathroom with shower. No shared areas, private space. Parking provided at your door. Kitchen is NOT equipped for cooking, only food prep and dishes.

2 night minimum on Game Weekends

There is 1 bed only. I do provide 2 twin air mattresses. The space *allows* 5 people, but it is not designed for more than a single couple. If you wish to maximize the value by bringing more than 2 people, informal sleeping arrangements should be expected. The couch does not pull out, however if guests use a sheet, they may sleep a person on the couch. It is a full sized couch, but is not recommended for guests over 6ft.

Walkable Location

This apartment is within walking distance of downtown and campus which is why we chose it. Host answered any questions we had. Met our basic needs. Bottom floor apartment with parking right outside the door.

Good location, a few repairs would help

This apartment is in a great location, walkable to downtown and the university. But the toilet was not working well (did not fully flush and had a lengthy noisy refill process) and one baseboard radiator was not working leaving the front room a little chilly.

Close to Town

We rented for the White Out. The apartment was clean and had parking at the front door. We could have walked to town but it rained the entire weekend. Justin responded to email/questions immediately.

Game weekend stay

Location was good,Property manager was good,price was high,floors were filthy,dog hair and dirty floors, pillows were terrible and smelled like dog .Clearly this apartment had dogs in it. Paid for 2 nights … stayed 1.could hear people upstairs … we were not comfortable

Floors are mopped between all guests, dogs are not and have not been in the space. No comments were made during stay, it is an apartment that is part of a house, it is not an isolated building.

Penn State Game Stay

Came in for the white out game. Place was clean. Had an issue with remote and Justin fixed in 5 minutes which was great. Walking distance to town and bus line for football game (or Uber).

Great location away from the noise of downtown but still walking distance to most of downtown and the campus. Would recommend to anybody looking for a place to stay in state college.

This place was perfect for a game day weekend. All our guests fit comfortably and the place is nicely updated. All the extra amenities were great and helpful and Justin was very responsive!
