Professionally styled with the Mid-Century Modern style in mind, this ideally located home is perfect for a family or roommates looking for a luxury furnished home in the heart of Austin.

The space
This home is ideal for large families or up to 3 roommates. Large windows provide a great amount of natural light, while high quality drapes allow for a cozy sleep. The home comes equipped with gas stoves, granite counter tops, and beautiful furniture. For the working professional, the unit is also equipped with a standing desk and a dedicated workspace .There is an array of beds which I can arrange depending on the preferred layout! There is also a small deck at the back with a bbq for afternoon grills!

Please note: Utilities/Energy, and Wifi are billed separately. The pricing above covers the living in the furnished unit! In addition, I do take a 1 month deposit which is held and returned at the end of the stay.

Occupancy above 4: Note, there is an extra $10/day/person charge for any group of people above 4.

Great Stay

Stayed at this property for 2+ months. Great location close to downtown in a quiet family neighborhood. Dominic was great.
