Cool Change Sailboat Stateroom
The Cool Change is my live-aboard sailboat. It is located at the Marina Puerto del Rey, Fajardo, Puerto Rico (East Coast). You will be sharing the sailboat main areas with me.
It has 3 cabins and two heads (bathrooms). I live in the main stateroom and I will be renting out one of the other two cabins located on the aft portion of the boat.
The saloon has a full kitchen (galley) with refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, microwave and sink. The living area has a sofa/dining.
I will be sharing the boat with guests.
Living on a sailboat is a unique experience. You will have the opportunity to experience boat life at the Marina and sleep with a soothing ocean breeze and soft rocking movement, perfect for a good night sleep.
Puerto del Rey Marina is the biggest in the Caribbean. It has a very lively Restaurant/Bar called La Cueva Del Mar, perfect to meet locals and boaters alike.
If 2 guests. Are you a couple? You will be sharing one of the cabins. The other one not available all the time since my son stays over.

I’m from Spain and have lived in Puerto Rico all my life. Currently living on my sailboat, the Cool Change.
Graduated with a Masters Degree in Architecture from Tulane University in New Orleans.
Love to travel. After practicing Architecture for 10 years I decided it was time for a change so I bought a Bookstore and ran it for 4 years. After that I became an Airplane Pilot and have pursued different interests in Real Estate, Acting and Filmmaking.
Always learning and growing.
