Carl and I are from Buffalo New York and Hilton Head was love at first sight for us. We have been vacationing to HHI for over fifteen years now. Our children grew up here and it is without a doubt, their second home.
Why they chose this property
Hilton Head Island really is our home away from home. My mom and dad have a place in Turnberry, my cousin also has a villa there. Not to mention so many Buffalonian's have bought in the neighborhood, but who wouldn't with winters like ours? Any kind of getaway, may it be for family, romantic, corporate, business, girls getaways, you name it! Plenty of shopping days, beach days, lazy days, golf days, whatever you want it to be days. It's aesthetically beautiful, unlike anything I've seen. It's family oriented, and that's what is important to us. We absolutely love it, and will definitely live here some day!
What makes this property unique
This property "spoke to us" because we could see the potential. Carl is a carpenter, and we literally could take everything out and start from scratch! The view onto the golf course is so peaceful, and quiet. That is one of the most beautiful perks of this villa. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
