Zoumberi cute and cozy

This is a two story apartment in the resort area of Zoumberi in Nea Makri. It enjoys excellent mountain -sea view. This apartment is in a quiet tranquil location with only the sound of nature perfect for that get away from all"break". It can accomodate up to 4 people.There is an open plan lounge/ dining/ kitchen area. The kitchen is fully eqquipped. Two sofas one becomes a double -comfortable bed. Dinning table and chairs. The bathroom has a washing machine and hairdryer.
The master bedroom is at the upper floor with a double size bed. There isn't a door its an open space to the staicase. The view from the bedroom is astonishing!
Outside there is seating with stunning views towards the mountains both balconies (upstairs and downstairs).The house has solar-panel water heating, so there is instant hot water!
This is certainly a "home away from home".

The apartment is luckily located withing 5 min walk from the sea ( LaCosta) and surrounded with mountains with planty of trees. Nea Makri with a beautifull marina is 10 min. away and is full of little cafes, bakeries, shops, and all types of restaurants. The banks, post office and pharmacy all within a 100 meters range. The classical Marathon start is 15min. drive from the house. The port of Rafina is another 15 min. There are orginized beaches with water activities ( scupa diving ) The largest designer outlet, Mc Arthur Glen (15 minutes by car). Transportation is available ( bus) can take you to the closest Metro ( Pallini ).The airport is 17.5 klm away. I am here to make your vaccation as comfortable as possible.

Within 10 minutes from Zoumberi you find Nea Makri that is full of life with restaurants caffees, bars, moovies, supermarkets and planty of fashion shops.Mac Arthur Mall is 15 min drive. The port of Rafina is15 min.away. From there you can go to many islands.
