About this property

Conveniently located in the heart of Ogunquit Village. Walking distance to beautiful Ogunquit Beach, The Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, shops, restaurants and nightlife. This charming, bright studio is located under the main house (walk out basement) and has full size windows, open bedroom with full size bed, a full size sleep sofa and an updated bathroom with shower. Amenities include: refrigerator, 4 burner stove, microwave & coffee maker. Great family location with a playground located across the street and trolley stop just steps away.

Ceilings are on the low side so not reccommended for anyone over 6 feet 2 inches tall.

Guests to provide sheets (full size bed and full size full out couch) and towels. We provide pillows, blankets, bed spreads and mattress pads. Sheets and towels can be provided for a fee.

Better than the pictures

the space was absolutely perfect for me & my friend for out short stay. it even had a full kitchen where we cooked meals along with silverwear & glasses & plates & bowls. thank you!

Comfortable and cozy

The property was clean and we had all the amenities we needed for the week. Great location and wonderful outdoor eating area. Looking forward to going back!

To small for me!!

The place was adorable and perfect location I should have seriously took note of the ceiling height.I am five eleven so was uncomfortable the most time,,,baby to bend my neck certain ways to accommodate shower and mirrors caused a made vertigo episode so we left Thursday,,, again it was my fault because you clearly made it known the place was adorable though...wouldn't mind seeing pictures of the other units though!!!thank you!!
