The garden suite is a perfect romantic destination, ideal for a honeymoon or romantic anniversary weekend. The king size bed boasts an ultra comfortable mattress with linens provided. A large armoire and walk in closet provides ample storage. The large living area offers a comfortable sofa, a 40' flat screen TV with cable and a dining table with 4 chairs. The bathroom is large and has a designer walk in shower with multiple shower heads and body washes.

Spacious eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave and granite countertops. Kitchen is fully equipped with quality dinnerware, cooking utensils, wine glasses . Complimentary coffee for your first morning.
Located in one of the most prestigious homes in the landmark historic district directly on Forsyth. Built in 1870 for the city Treasurer John Williamson, the home is located directly on Forsyth Park next door to the Magnolia Hall Inn owned by the Savannah College of Art and Design and only steps away from the famed Forsyth Park fountain. Many shops, restaurants and cultural destinations are a short walk away. This is the ideal location for your visit to Savannah.

Loved our stay in Savannah

This beautiful home is in a great location, right across the street from gorgeous Forsyth Park. We had a great stay and enjoyed walking to everything. Comfy bed, nice hot shower, charming decor. I contacted Deb one time with a question and she responded very quickly.

Savannah Spectacular

Our stay at the Garden suite could not have been more perfect! The historic charm through the living and bedroom area was stunning. We loved the modern upgrades in the kitchen and bathroom. Being located at the edge of Forsyth park allowed us to enjoy the quiet beauty of the area and also be a short walk to so many restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this VRBO gem and can’t wait to come back.

Terribly disappointing

The description of this unit is extremely exaggerated. We left early because we were so uncomfortable. Description says things like antiques, Persian rugs, luxury linens. At best, it was furnished with flea market seconds. The condition of this apartment is old and tired. We do not feel it was accurately represented. “Luxury Linens”?! Our pillows were like wet noodles and the sheets very old and pilled. The furniture was horrendous: uncomfortable, stained, old and worn out. Only seating is an old pull out couch and a wicker lounge chair. No comfortable place to sit. The unit itself can use a thorough cleaning and new paint. This might work for weekend guests, but not for long term rentals like ours. We wanted to relax and enjoy a good book or two. Theres not one lamp useable for that purpose and apt is soooo dark. Recessed lights burnt out or not working properly. Shower stall filled will mildew. The frying pans provided were so worn they couldn’t be used for food to eat. So disappointed! The only thing that was nice was the location, but wish we had an adequate place to sit or relax outside the apt to have a drink or read. All you have is a metal bench in a narrow walkway to sit outside.

They also decided to keep the previous proprety manager on as she has managed the property for 6 years with a proven track record of quickly responding to any guest issues.
