PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING, PILLOWS AND LINENS FOR DOUBLE BEDS. YOU MUST BRING TOWELS AND TOILETRIES (including toilet paper, and soaps/shampoo and cleaning supplies) AS THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED. Each mattress is covered with a freshly washed cover, protector and must not be removed.

KITCHENS: OUR KITCHEN IS EQUIPPED WITH POTS AND PANS, DISHES, GLASSES, MUGS, CUTLERY AND SOME COOKING AND SERVING UTENSILS. THERE IS A STOVE, REFRIGERATOR, MICROWAVE, TOASTER, KETTLE AND COFFEE MAKER. EACH COTTAGE HAS THEIR OWN BARBECUE WITH PROPANE TANK AND A PICNIC TABLE.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off any fans and air conditioner. Shut and lock all windows. Return Parking Pass and keys into the bag on the wall.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All rules and regulations must be followed as stated on our website and rental agreement to guarantee return of security deposit.
MUST FOLLOW ALL THE WASAGA BEACH BY-LAWS. ESPECIALLY THE NOISE RESTRICTION RULE -quiet time is from 11 pm to 8 am.
All guests MUST conduct themselves at all times in a manner respectful and NOT offensive to the neighbours.

Amazing!

We have been staying here every summer for the last three years & it never disappoints. Cottage has all the things you'll need for a comfortable stay. Check in is super easy & the hosts are always there if you ever need anything. The location of these cottages is perfect. So close to the main beach if you want to walk over for a bite to eat, but far enough away that you have the privacy & quiet you need. Thank you again for a wonderful mini vacation!

Bare bones but great location

It's a great location and right on the beach. But amenities were very sparse, especially for the price you're paying. Which is fine - if you know that's what you're getting into. For us, it definitely hampered our experience.

I’m sorry you feel your experience was hampered. We disclose everything that is included in your stay on our website and on vrbo. The cottage that you stay is beachfront. It includes all kitchen appliances suck as fridge freezer stove oven plus microwave toaster coffee pot kettle Pots and pans cutlery dishes and glasses. Your cottage also came with an air conditioner barbecue with propane and picnic table. We also provide our guest with firewood for the central fire pit at no extra charge. Not sure what hampered your stay as we never received any complaints from you at any time or request for anything that was needed for your stay. These are simple clean cottages that are beachfront which are enjoyed thoroughly by many of our guests.

Lucky last minute

Booked two weeks ago and got the beach front cottage. Had a great time with zero complaints. Enjoyed the community fire and the location was awesome. Check in and out was extremely convenient. Also had asked for a late checkout which they allowed.

nice location but disappointing stay

We were lucky to get a cottage near the water (#9) - it is hard to tell when you book which building you are getting. On arrival found BBQ drip tray had overflowed and was a mess. Cutlery had a layer of grease, had to wash it and dishes. Lots of ants (we went to town to get ant traps) despite keeping everything spotless - bring lots of containers to keep every morsel of food in. BBQ ran out of fuel after first use - another trip to Walmart. Disrespectful neighbours from another cottage took over "common" fire fit and left a mess. Sunsets were beautiful. Would visit Wasaga again but not this property.

I’m sorry you were not happy with your stay. We had someone on site upon your arrival and not once did you call or text to let us know there were these issues. In fact I have phone records of our conversation that shows you waited to tell us. As soon as you text me I offered to have someone come there immediately to address your issues but you refused because you said it was not needed. We do not understand that if you had an issue about anything you would have addressed them right away and not wait. We have a section on our property for extra propane tanks. Not sure why you went to Walmart for any supplies. We have them in stock on our property to address any needs. I had message you numerous times and offered you a later checkout but you did not respond back once you obviously were not to concerned about your issue. I also have received a complaint that you drove your vehicle to your cottage which is against our rules. Driving past the property fence to your cottage and risking other guests safety is against our general policies and procedures. If you also had issues regarding other people they also were not addressed. It could have been rectified right away. But I spoke to other guests who stayed during the same time and said that no one was disruptive by the fire pit. We have not had any issues regarding these matters you have claimed against our property.
