Lovely ranch home getaway in Berkshire County

Summer in The Berkshires is a beautiful time to rent this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch home in Richmond, Massachusetts. Comfortable for 2 adults in the master bedroom and 1 or 2 small children in the small bedroom. There is an apple orchard just across the street, and local attractions a 10 minute drive away like Tanglewood, Kripalu, Shakespeare & Company and the Norman Rockwell Museum. Features include a deck with private views, 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed with a pull out futon for an additional child to sleep) and 2 full bathrooms. Two TV’s in the home (one in the living room with cable access) and there is Unlimited WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen with small formal dining room table for 4 people, a living room and large deck to enjoy outdoor dining and use of a gas grill, as well as a beautiful sunporch. Fire pit outside, tree swing for kids and plenty of yard space and room for multiple cars in the driveway. There are air conditioner window units in summer months. NO PETS ALLOWED- no exceptions. There is no access to laundry in the house- but a laundry mat is located 8 minute drive away. Check in time and check out time is12pm noon, however an earlier check-in is available if needed as well as a late check-out.
