Relax in our large Beautiful home away from home located directly across from Pelican Park, a well know Baseball field hosting traveling teams and families. Our newly renovated Manufactured home offers free WiFi access, a full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, 1 Queen bed, 3 Full beds, 2 lounging chairs, large garden tub, formal dining area, Keurig, iron and ironing board, large yard great for boiling or grilling, 3 wall mounted televisions, washer and dryer access, and private driveway.

The entire home is accessible to all guess. This charming home is located in the heart of Carencro Louisiana,
its sparkling clean interior is the perfect place large enough to comfortably accommodate large or small groups. This wonderful space comes with a huge living room with plenty seating, a Pub room equipped with a high top Pub table and bar stools and a comfy lounging chair great for relaxing and reading. Its modern Dining room is set for an amazing dining experience, Huge Bathroom with a large vanity and mirror, full standing shower and a relaxing Garden Tub. The home is located just 10 minutes from Downtown Lafayette's Entertainment area which is home to the well known Festival International USA. Creole and Cajun Cuisine, Don's Specialty Meats home of the world famous Boudin, sausage, Cracklins, BBQ and so much more. Prejean's Restaurant offers live Zydeco music and Award Winning Cuisine, antique shopping, swamp tours, and so much more fills the air with nonstop fun. Its the ideal place if you want to experience the sights, sound and taste of Lafayette during the day but return to a quiet oasis at night.
Its convenient long driveway has the ability to park 4 or more vehicles as it sits on the corner lot.

While visiting the carencro/ Lafayette area to see family i stayed at this residence and was very pleased. The space was especially roomy, quiet neighborhood, and ample parking with a long driveway. They are about 20 minutes or so from downtown Lafayette so not a bad commute at all.

Roomy for 2 toddlers to roam Convenient to the activities we had planned Fairly new updates- comfy furniture in living room- sufficient towels in bathrooms - not in kitchen The beds were not comfortable- the ac unit was preset( which is understandable/ just took awhile for temp inside to fall cause of hot Louisiana weather) In our opinion the floors were not clean. Feel like a good mopping would have been Beneficial.

A Grand Family Reunion

I used this beautiful home to be the designated place for sisters to connect, laugh, and love after being separated for years. It was a great success in part to your wonderful home and setting it allowed this reunion to happen. My nieces loved the master bath so much. Each niece (3) took hour long baths in the whirlpool bath. We severely loved the home and the hosts were very personable. We hope to be back soon. Thanks Shelly and Dexter!

The house was spacious and comfortable, and very attractively appointed. This house was huge. Definitely enough space for our family of 6. The rooms were large, the master bed/bath/closet were HUGE, and it has 2 living rooms! The kitchen was a great size and the table actually fit our large family. Owners were phenomenal with accommodating our kooky schedule and very easy to get in touch with when needed. We come back to Lafayette area often to visit family and I look forward to making this our “home away from home”.

This home is much more spacious than it looks from the outside or in the photos. Overall very comfortable for our big family (Except the beds were hard). It had everything we needed, but had to buy and bring in ice because the water/ice maker not hooked up or working on the fridge. Would recommend if you have a big family or group.
