The apt itself was cute and just as listed. The communication regarding an issue was concerning. Around 1:30am we tried to stop the dripping in the shower by turning the shower knobs all the way off. Turns out the knobs were broke and we were completely unable to turn the shower off. I texted and called the host manager, but knew we probably wouldn’t hear back as it as 2am. Tried calling again at 7am. Nothing. Tried a few more times and voicemail. Called VRBO and was told they would get in contact with them and keep me updated. Couple hours to by and nothing. Called again, got told they’ll try again. I finally try to call the manager again and get told she was just at the apartment. And had left but still hadn’t called us and didn’t let us know she was coming. My kids were there and since there was no warning at all she knocked on the door and they opened it thinking it was us and she came in saying she needed to look at the shower. They had no idea anyone was coming, which was unacceptable. By this point it was noon or so and the water was still running. I had to call her again and she told me there would be a plumber coming. We never got told when they were coming and zero updates. Finally about 5pm we get a call from her and told the shower is broken and they need to order a part. But we can come be shown how to turn the water water completely off and on so that we could actually shower. Texted the next morning asking if we could could check out late. No reply til 11:30
Nice place, low water pressure and tepid hot water for shower. Doesn't comfortably sleep 6, very minimal kitchen/dishes supply. The property manager was very responsive and quick to remedy any issues.

Theft from room after poor customer service
The TV did not work when we checked in so contacted the property manager who was not very friendly and hung up on me. Then he refused to take my repeated calls to verify that he would send someone to get the TV working. When we returned from dinner there were lights on and things moved, an empty beer can in the bathroom, an empty energy drink and chips bag in the kitchen, and an expensive pair of sunglasses ($189 Oakley's) missing. We had the police come and we filed a report.
Apart from that, the unit was clean but the bed was terrible (very uncomfortable foam mattress). The room was also double booked - another couple walked in after we had been there for about 30 minutes with a confirmed reservation to the same room as our confirmed reservation.
Bottom line: we reserved the room for 2 nights but left after one. We won't be back.
We sooooo enjoyed our stay at St.Valenitne' s apt. upstairs in the beautiful blue building! Great location, such character in the town, building and apt. This is a quintessential experience and we won't have the opportunity forever. The decorations are unique and spot on, everything we needed. It's not brand new! and it's not supposed to be. Great proximity to activities. We will be back while it is there and we can go!!! Thanks soooo much for maintaining this unique piece of history and allowing us to share it!.

Three day stay in Bisbee
The location of this rental was very handy. Overall it worked out but cleaning could be very much improved upon. Some areas were quite dusty. Beds were comfortable and clean. Access to more kitchen cloths (1) was mentioned but no more provided.
The house was filthy and worse no vacuum, broom etc so I could clean. Dust everywhere / no telling when it was dusted last. Kitchen with minimal Utensils - sheets dirty - no way to wash and no extra sheets or extra blankets. No washer and dryer. The local person Michelle had her number changed and it was disconnected .We were supposed to have received a partial refund but yet to see it from Evolve. This property was listed and reserved under VRBO but is an Evolve property. We have stayed at VRBOs so many times - they are wonderful and exceeded expectations but this was a total nightmare- from a former Relocation Director in Real Estsate. I encourage you to find another property to rent - don’t rent the Valentines Apt on Clawson in Bisbee, AZ - another family rented the second unit next to us snd when they saw how filthy it was left - on Christmas Eve - The Blaise unit. So advice find a hotel.
Nice living space and bedrooms. Very clean. Loved the keyless entry.

Room was not cleaned, no response from management
When we arrived our place had not been cleaned. Beds were dirty, dirty dishes everywhere, bathroom was dirty. Property contact did come and clean, but we had to wait for her. Property contact didn’t send me the owner information. Contacted the Evolve team but no response for two weeks. Just not impressed.

Cozy & Convenient
My friends and I enjoyed our stay at the St. Valentine apartment. It has everything you need and is just a short walk to the main shopping/arts/restaurant row. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, filtered water, great balcony. Perfect place for a weekend getaway with friends.
We stayed in the St Valentine suite on the second floor and the views were beautiful! Due to covid we ended up getting takeout and having a nice quiet dinner on the deck. Impressive internet speeds for being so remote and we loved cuddling up on the eccentric red velvet couch.
Very nice apartment with old-fashioned decor that suits Bisbee well. Allows pets which is a plus for us. There is nothing really to complain about but some signage for the upstairs suites would be useful.
We found our condo to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect, right above the Main Street where you want to be. We really enjoyed sitting out on the back patio. What a view!

GReat Views; Perfect Location
Very cute spacious 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Old Bisbee. Location couldn't be more perfect... I felt like I was in Europe actually, with the buildings situated on the hillside with very narrow streets. Fabulous balcony for outdoor enjoyment. Thanks for the stay :) Great for family

Loved it! The apartment was charming and well stocked with everything you could need!
Booking email was very detailed with everything you need to know about Bisbee. Location was great, everything in Bisbee is a short walk away. We loved sitting on the patio...the weather was amazing and the views were great. You can see the mountains and the town right below you. Woke up and was so pleasantly surprised that there was a coffee maker with cream and sugar! We had such a great time and are already planning to go back.

Heaven is a Red Velvet Couch
St. Joseph's was easy to find based on the instructions in the email. The parking service helpfully knew exactly where the property was. All of St. Joseph's was well kept, and we enjoyed talking to the other folks staying in adjacent suites. St. Joseph's location made for easy access around Bisbee- we recommend taking little alley ways, which were secret art gallery tended by locals.
St. Valentine's suite was so charming!! WE just LOVED the decor- particularly the bedding and lava lamps. The red velvet couch is what dreams are made of. So stylish.

Perfect location, perfect vacation.
St. Valentine suite was the perfect get-a-way for my family’s recent trip to Bisbee. The unit was very cute and up to date with plenty of towels, blankets and extra blow up beds if needed. The location is on a steep road/hill, so just be sure to plan on some short hill walks in order to access the town (5 min). When arriving/departing, leave your luggage down the stairs of the unit before pulling your car up for a quick load/unload. There is a parking lot to the left about 1 block behind the unit with plenty of space if the road in front is full. We loved our trip and hope to return again with more family in the years to come.
