We stayed for two nights and it was nice to wake up in the heart of Bisbee. The rental was nice and clean and beds were very comfortable. Would stay again and for a longer time.
Very cute property, had everything you’d need. Our pups were welcome and also enjoyed the stay. Rosie was communicative and friendly. Loved our time in Bisbee. Would definitely go back.

Bisbee stay
Comfortable home. Beds are comfortable. Nice view.
We were quite shocked by the final price paid for our stay. Taxes and additional fees were unexpected from original nightly rate. We enjoyed the location of the property, clean and modern appliances
Everything was great. Clean and comfortable. Well appointed. Not recommended for those who cannot climb 40 steps several times a day.

Great location, warm and cozy on a cold day in Bisbee
The perfect location in Bisbee as long as you aren't afraid of a few steps. A quick walk to the Bisbee Brewery, the Gulch, main street BIsbee and even the copper mine. The house stayed nice and warm on a cold, blustery, snowy day. The porch and balcony have great views -- too cold to use during this stay, but would be great places to sit and relax in better weather. Only problem was issue getting in the place, but owner provided a local number and someone was at our door within minutes to fix the issue. Great service.

A two-minute walk to the Brewery. One if you run.
Fantastic place. Came here for the Stair Race and had a blast. Here's what we liked best:
-Close to the Gulch restaurants, bars, etc. - yet somehow still quiet and private
-Games! Lots of board games!
-The view. Not too shabby...
-The outdoor grill on the front porch
-The air mattress. Unbelievable. The best air mattress I've ever used.
-Accessibility to the town.

I Won't Recommend This Property
I won't recommend this property, or return, because there were mice in the kitchen when I arrived in January, and two months later the mice were still there.

We guess that after 17 great reviews one is bound to get the naysayer. Let me start by saying that this winter was a particularly cold one in Bisbee and the "Mice" issue was common throughout the town. In fact the local Bisbee Observer Newspaper ran a few articles about the problem. With that said this client was a long term stay and would not let us in to eradicate the problem. I.E. set traps and clean them on a regular basis. We have several rentals in Bisbee and take great pride in customer satisfaction. Even so we did offer compensation if they wanted to leave early however they decided stay until the end of their rental period.
The property has character as it’s an older home, beds were clean and comfortable, nice spacious kitchen with all the amenities. Beautiful Patio views of Bisbee! There is only one small bathroom which is tough to accommodate 4 to 6 adults. Two people staying had seasonal allergies with no Kleenex to be found. We underestimated the stairs getting to the property and parking is limited, however, there probably isn’t anything that can be done about that issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

A great little house & perfect location
My family of four stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend and all agreed it was one of our favorites of the numerous places we've stayed in Bisbee. We love the brewery (and the bratwurst), and so we were happy to realize we were almost literally right behind it (one street behind it and up a heart-pounding 30-ish stairs). We didn't actually cook, but definitely could have, as the kitchen had counter space! (A rarity in Bisbee homes we've stayed in.) I loved the Keurig machine as well.
Also great: one bedroom is downstairs and one bedroom is upstairs, which was nice for the teens to have a semblance of privacy. The patio on the upper floor is the BOMB. A great view. Have no hesitation booking this place. We will happily stay here again.

The great thing about the steps is you can pretend to work off the beers you just consumed down below. :)
Fantastic Location, and great home for small group
You can't beat the location of this home in Downtown Bisbee. Walking distance to all that Bisbee has to offer. My family of four, plus a friend were on this trip. The two bedrooms were ample for my wife and I in one, and our two kids in the other. Our friend used the pullout upstairs. Very comfortable in the common living area as well. there was plenty of outdoor space to use too. We were concerned about the one bathroom situation, but it was not a factor at all. There was not private parking, but that was not an issue either. We pulled up to the steps to unload, then parked down below. We even used the private parking lot one day and night. I would say, if you have a hard time climbing steps or walking up hill, that this home might be a challenge, but most of Bisbee might be a challenge if that's the case. I would definitely stay here again.
One star is too much for this review... 1. It advertised AC. But AC is only in the bedrooms- which we were ok with. 2. COCKROACHES! We killed one, no big deal right? Then another then another then we lost count! Then BABIES! That’s when we decided we needed to leave that house, who wants to wake up in the middle of the night with a cockroach in their ear!!! 3. Huge spider webs with big spiders in the bedrooms and in the kitchen! Reached out to the manager- did not hear back! Reached out to the management company for a refund as we stayed 1.5hr in that place, we have not heard back. I have submitted photos to them but they have ignored it all! Save your money, do not book through Evolve!

Alma, the homeowner would like to share the following message:
"We apologize if we weren’t clear in our listing that like most vacation rentals in Bisbee, we utilize window A/C units in each room, and not central A/C. We have since worked with our booking partner, Evolve, to clarify this info in our listing description. With regard to the pest concern, we have a professional exterminator that services the properties once a month, and this is the only complaint along these lines that we have had in the six-plus years I have owned this rental."
We wish you the best in all your future travels!
We arrived and started to unload in front of the Lamore hotel as directed and within 2 minutes 2 different groups of people yelled at us to move. I tried to explain that we were just unloading and would be out of the way shortly, but it didn't help. This was frustrating because I had my parents, in their 70s, and my spouse and I feeling rushed on a tiny street trying to unload and carry everything up a long stairway. It's too bad there's not a better arrangement to load and unload.
The house is mostly as advertised inside. The outside was indeed fenced (we chose this because we had our dog), but there is a section of fence that is level with the ground so it's not really acting as a fence if you're standing next to it. Upkeep on the outside was poor, many spider webs, wires from the interior laying across the ground, previous visitors dog poop and a little trash. None of it a huge deal, other than the fence, but just a little surprising. This was a short visit with my parents who came across the country, so I didn't feel much like cleaning up after others and therefore didn't spend as much time enjoying the patio as I would have liked.
Inside, beds were nice and comfortable. Had to contact the caretaker to reset the acct for one of the TVs. One of the window blinds fell down as my mom was adjusting them and hit her in the leg. The caretaker was prompt in coming over to fix both items.
Overall, a nice place, just could use some routine love and maintenance on the outside.
Clean and cozy. Great views. Well stocked kitchen. Good water pressure and lots of warm water for showering. Yard is fenced but could be jumped easily by a dog. It's a workout to get to the house but that is normal for Bisbee. You can burn off the calories from all the good food in town!! We would definitely stay again!
Clean space, comfortable for our extended family group of grandparents, parents and kids. Very usable and well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the spices and oil. Bathroom necessities were also stocked, along with extra blankets and bedding. Stairs and parking were as described, so we were prepared and it was not an issue.
The sunset from the top balcony was amazing and such a relaxing location too.
I was so happy to find that the property is completely fenced, so our dogs enjoyed the yard.
The house is decorated nicely and everything we needed to cook is available in the kitchen, including purified water.
The house was just perfect for our Christmas visit.
Thank you!!!!
Our stay at 47A O.K. Street was very enjoyable. Well equipped with every amenity it suited our personal needs. Upper patio with a fire pit and outdoor dining table and chairs was a delight. Views of the city were an artists dream.
Caution: The climb up the steps is not for the elderly or faint of heart.
We just finished our stay at this place very comfortable for my family of four. Clean, nice kitchen, bedrooms were good and beds were comfortable too. Close to everything my foot.
This house is in a great location, the views are amazing. I have stayed in several houses in Bisbee this one is my favorite. Pet friendly, everything you need, and clean. Charm...character...relaxation.
