Peninsula Holiday Cottage 10 minutes walk to the beach

Peninsula Holiday Cottage is very well presented to ensure guests have a totally relaxing and enjoyable stay. With 2 separate living areas, large yard, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan living/dining/kitchen and free Wifi and linens and towels provided, this home is a delightful and convenient haven to return to after enjoying the multitude of things the Mornington Peninsula has on offer. And to top it all off, the beach is only a 10 minute walk away!

Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don't comply.

The Space:

Peninsula Holiday Cottage is a delightfully inviting house set on an attractive block with incredibly pleasing established gardens in a fully fenced yard area to enjoy private BBQ's and meals on the deck.

The house has been lovingly presented so that guests can walk in and immediately relax with everything in readiness for a totally enjoyable holiday. Alongside the lounge is a well supplied kitchen and a dining area. In a separate part of the house there is a second lounge with TV–an ideal spot for the kids to enjoy. Year round comfort is assured with ducted heating and evaporative cooling throughout.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed .

Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed.

Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and ensuite with shower over bath, toilet and vanity.

The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and hand basin.

Open the door from the Master bedroom and step straight onto the rear deck area that overlooks the established and fenced off gardens with outdoor setting, sun lounges and gas BBQ.

Plenty of parking on site.

Outside pets allowed on application.
If bringing a pet there will be a one-off charge of $60.

No Schoolies or Party style bookings.
If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.

Time to unwind and recharge

Such a lovely property that has everything you need to feel comfortable and rested. The garden is perfect for relaxing and the closeness to the beach is great. The beds are very comfortable. This property is highly recommended and I hope to be back soon.

Comfortable, quiet and dog-friendly.

A great base for our fortnight foray to the Mornington peninsula, the house is comfortable, the garden great for our dog and everything necessary for a relatively long stay (2 weeks) readily to hand. Great communication with David, who rectified a couple of small glitches very quickly.

Great little getaway

Perfect for a family. Has cottage feel but very spacious living area and new smart TV means we could login to Netflix. Bedrooms are comfy. Nice backyard. Close to cafes, dog parks and supermarket. It needed a little bit of a clean when we arrived, mostly in living/kitchen area, but it could be we were first guests in a while. Nothing too bad but that was the only issue. Bedrooms had fresh linen and towels which was the main thing. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was very nice,It had everything we needed.It had very comfortable beds in all the bedrooms.Heating was excellent especially coming home from the beach in the colder months.We all had a very relaxing time away and would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and will be back.Great place for pets.The backyard was great for the 2 dogs we took away, very secure and lots of room for them to run around in. Also a very nice place to sit quite picturesque.

Everything you need

We had a great stay at this lovely house that has everything you need. Very comfortable and well located for a family to stay. Would probably would have loved to have a high chair there for baby but otherwise everything was there to arrive and enjoy the beautiful garden and beach near by.
