Suttons Bay Sunshine, an upper-level duplex (full-time resident lives in lower level) in the charming village of Suttons Bay, is a perfect place for a small family or group of friends. The home has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There is a small sitting area outside with a gas grill.

This quiet area is just blocks from dining, shopping, and beaches. Imagine just stepping out the door and not having to drive your car! The Leelanau Trail, which travels from Suttons Bay to Traverse City, is perfect for those who want to cycle, walk, or run on a safe, paved trail.

This area is 5 minutes from Lake Leelanau, 15 minutes from Leland and Northport, and 20 minutes from Traverse City. Don’t forget the Sleeping Bear Dunes and many great hiking trails, too. This wonderful area and comfy home can’t be beaten.

Three adequate bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Needs garbage disposal. Outdoor areas need attention. Furniture & deck need to be swept & cleaned. Very busy & noisy street. Perfect for walking to town.

Sunshine cottage was cute clean close to everything. Great food beach wineries golf course We have family on Lake Leelanau just a few miles away. Fishtown best chowder !The couple that lives below are sweet . Highly recommend staying here. The Heltons
