Our host Lauren was very responsive to any questions we had even before we left for the trip. The house is beautiful and so clean. It has a gorgeous rooftop patio and is within walking distance of Hattie B's and lots of other attractions. Our host went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She provided snacks and drinks upon arrival such as candy, cookies, drinks, and kcups so we had coffee without having to leave the house. This was so helpful since we flew to Nashville. This is a great home that we would definitely rent again when in Nashville. Thank you Lauren!

Outstanding stay at this 4br/4ba home which being on the end of a group had plenty of extra light. 2 outdoor decks for fresh air and some sunshine. Smart TV’s everywhere. Full supply of snacks, drinks, coffee, bathroom supplies, hair products & dryers, plenty of clean towels & washcloths. The right appliances, and a washer & dryer. Good access to hosts with all questions answered in advance. Great experience for celebrating a reunion of four senior adults who graduated professional school 53 years ago. Great spot to explore Nashville to Uber to and from. We would love to return.

This property/host is why 5 star ratings exist. Everything was BETTER than advertised and communication with the host was prompt and beyond pleasant. They even accommodated a small request of mine withoit second thought. As for the property, it was immaculate and enormous... So much space to spread out and relax indoors after being in the Nashville heat. I can't think of a better home base for a stay in this vibrant city.

Beautiful property, super clean, all the amenities, loved location, ease of check-in, the above and beyond with all of the body wash, snacks etc... Also loved the fact you don't have to do anything extra before you leave, it is all included. I would definitely recommend this to anyone taking a family or group trip to Nashville.

Everything was perfect! Location was very convenient and very safe. We rent very often as we travel, and this was by far our best experience. From the cleanliness, to the availability of everything we needed, to the operation of all appliances, it was perfect. And it did not feel like we were renting -- It felt like we stayed at a friend's home because we felt trusted with the home ((no weird locked doors or drawers). Super nice garage too where we were able to park two full-size SUVs. If go back to Nashville, I will arrange my trip around the availability of this property. Incredible.
