2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, cozy newly remodeled home for the perfect lake vacation. Located on a quiet street on the south end of Lake Havasu, Our backyard has a concrete fence all the way around it so your pets can stay safe in the yard. Our kitchen offers all appliances, pots and pans, also 2 BBQ’s one gas, another charcoal smoker. Fresh linens are available to you. Great restaurants located within a couple miles of the home. London Bridge located just 6 miles from the home.

Great place!

Perfect stay for two couples. Big fenced in backyard for our dog. Big comfy beds and the whole house was very clean. Definitely recommend and will stay again!

Lake Havasu Home

Thanksgiving in Havasu is a great place to meet up with family and friends. A nice place to stay makes it that much better. The house was as we expected and the owners were very responsive when we had a question about their new thermostat. We enjoyed our temporary home away from home.

Short Family Getaway

It's a very nice house. Very clean. Ashley was very responsive to our needs. The house has plenty of space for our family of 4 plus a dog. My young kids were able to play in the backyard. We had a good stay.

Ashley was great to work.

It's a cute little getaway in a very quiet neighborhood. The weather was a little but about 70 degrees warmer than it was in South Dakota. there was a little problem with garbage pickup buy Ashley worked endlessly to resolve it. If we come back we will try stay there.

2 month stay

The owner was great to deal with took care of all the little things we had trouble with. Even received a grocery discount card. First time we rented for this long of a period and must say we enjoyed our stay and for sure would stay here again. Last renter took off with the TV remote but that issue got resolved quickly. The neighborhood was quiet compared to people we met renting who indicated they’re rental was loud. We were very happy with how quiet the entire area was. About 4 miles from London Bridge and down town but within 2 miles to shopping for food, hardware, liquor and even a haircut. Even got an oil change. Highly recommend. Can’t say enough about the owner.

Very neat and tidy, everything we needed except access to a washer and dryer. Ashley was super prompt in responding to our call about the grill's propane tank running out. A full tank was delivered the next morning.

We felt like there needed to be a coffee table in the living room in front of the sofa. End tables and lamps and TVs in both bedrooms would be nice. After living in the country for most of my life, hard water is very hard on everything. A water softener would really save you a lot of money. Great location!!! Carolyn

Lake Havasu gem

What a wonderful home. We thought we were staying in an apartment but were pleased to find a beautiful home, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, patio, grill and firepit. The yard is enclosed so my animals could come and go without issue. Beautiful views, quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The only issue we had was the mattress was too hard but that comes down to personal preference and not an owner failure. We loved our three nights there and would return in a heartbeat. The owners were very quick to respond to messages.

Havasu vacation

The house had everything we needed its location made it easy to get to everything lake Havasu had to offer. Check in and check out were easy and the owner was fantastic. I would rent from her again she was pleasure to work with and the house was clean and comfortable.
