This luxury beachfront property features sweeping views of the beach, Avalon bridge and boat traffic. Amenities include: central air, fully equipped granite/stainless kitchen with ice maker, garbage disposal & dishwasher, WiFi, three cable TVs, including Smart TV, DVD/Blu Ray, private outdoor shower, ample off street parking, garage available for storage (bikes, wagons, beach chairs, etc.) and washer/dryer.

The quite Townsend Inlet area of Sea Isle City is within walking distance of a beachside playground on 85th Street, upscale restaurants, deli and convenience store on 86th street, and a marina with parasailing and boat rentals on 88th Street. Jitney Service along Ocean Drive can also get you anywhere in Sea Isle.

The Townsend Inlet section of Sea Isle is a short ride away from amusements, golf, water parks, the Cape May County zoo, and casinos and shows in Atlantic City.

Four bedrooms/two bathrooms. 2 Queens, 2 Twins, 2 Bunk sets. Sleeps 10.

While tenants are responsible for cleaning the unit (sweeping, wiping, emptying trash, etc, unless choosing the additional cleaning fee of $175), we hire a service between each tenant who will ensure that the house is cleaned and disinfected for every guest.

Towels and bed linens are not provided. Highchair is available upon request.

This is the lower unit of a Top/Bottom duplex and is up one flight of exterior stairs. The living space is all on one floor.

Beautiful Views!

We had a wonderful time with family staying at this property in Townends Inlet! The owner Jakob was VERY responsive in booking and throughout the stay. The views are incredible and we spent the days at the beach and sitting on the deck. The place was perfect size for my extended family of 5 and two small children. Already working with Jakob to book for next year! Can't wait!

Beach views were great, noise level from people about us horrible, we experienced and storm with strong winds and the house was actually shacking very badly. We recommend a inspection be done of the house due to the excessive shaking and movement which caused us tremendous concern.

Amazing view.

The property is a little dated and weathered. In our previous VRBO stays elsewhere linens and paper products were provided. But the view and access to the beach were outstanding. The property manager is very responsive to questions and issues. We would definitely consider this location for future stays.

Wonderful for families

This property is just about at the end of a dead-end street with beach access right across the street - perfect for families with kids. Plenty of space for everyone, clean and well-equipped! The town residents are very friendly & helpful, this is definitely a place we will try to return to!

Why they chose this property

We had been vacationing at the Jersey Shore for generations and decided to purchase in Townsend Inlet for its easy access to activities, restaurants and retail, while being in a less crowded, more family-friendly end of town. Our home is the perfect spot for families; a quick walk to everything from take-out to fine dining, convenience stores to surf shops, parasailing to playgrounds.

We have continuously renovated and updated this home. You will find it meticulously maintained and well-equipped. The open layout with a shaded deck to enjoy the views is the perfect place to bring your family together.

What makes this property unique

The location is unmatched! The panoramic views of the waves, boat traffic and drawbridge against the Avalon skyline are spectacular. The beachfront, corner lot location on a semi-private road services just 3 homes. Take your pick: to the left, the guarded beach offers waves on a wide beach, to the right, more solitude and great fishing on the inlet.
