The Master Bedroom is truly its own getaway- with a KING bed, new bedding, a flat screen TV, HUGE floor to ceiling windows that lead to your own entrance onto the balcony, and an En suite bathroom, which includes a HUGE vanity space, DOUBLE sinks, a separate soaking tub and glass door shower.

The Guest room has new furnishings as well, with a Queen bed, a flat screen TV and a window with views of the ocean as well. The Bunk Room has 2 Twin beds, its own flat screen TV, a window, a closet and a door for privacy- it is a great space for guests of ALL ages. The shared bathroom has a shower/ tub combination and is just steps away. There is also a NEW Queen sleeper sofa with SERTA mattress in the living area.

We enjoyed our stay. The elevators were surprisingly quicker this year compared to past years. Steve was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. We have stayed in this unit before and it is very nice. I would recommend this unit to a friend.

The property is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a beach vacation. The amenities at the Majestic resort are well-maintained. We did find the condo needs several improvements. The washer and dryer are in poor condition. The front-loading washer is full of mold and has a strong odor. The outdoor furniture is rusty and in poor condition. Upon arrival, the floor was sandy from previous guests.

Beautiful view of the beach. Had issues with the parking passes and not enough wrist bands for each guest. You need these wrist bands for everyone in the unit to uses the pool etc. The security guards are always checking for your band.

Good Condo, crazy security

We liked the condo, could have been cleaner. Loved the reserved parking spots, elevators were good, and location of condo was good. The security was Crazy. We stayed with a large group for dance nationals so lots of rentals from our group. We had to give our drivers license just to use a luggage cart, don’t you dare go to the pool without an armband bracelet, or throw a ball in the pool, or jump in the pool, and to top it off one of our families were accused by the bar across the street (after they walked outside to see what was going on when fireworks were set off in the street) for throwing a can off the balcony and were woke up in the middle of the night, kicked off the property no questions asked with no place to go and NO proof.

Absolutely Perfect!

Everything was absolutely perfect! Being able to be on the beach in a matter of steps was amazing. Beds and furniture were comfortable, the balcony was nice to sit out and enjoy time with the family once we were in for the night. The Condo was everything that they said it would be.

Beautiful with every amenity

We have been staying at different places in PCB for 5 years now and this has been our favorite condo so far. Very clean and spacious, I loved the high top table on the balcony. Plenty of balcony furniture. There were beach chairs and umbrellas there for us to use. Perfect. In terms of the overall condo it was great. No issues with elevators, loved the little convenience shop on site with coffee! Also enjoyed the bar, we had lots of Loco monkeys, they were delicious. 😋 I would absolutely return again.

Clean and great location

This was our fist time staying at Majestic and we loved it. There was plenty of space for 6 of us to still have privacy. Having designated parking spaces was a plus as well, we didn’t have to search for a place to park 2 cars near each other. The door handle came off and they had it fixed within a few hours. We will definitely stay here again.

We rented this property at the last minute after our condo in Destin was cancelled, we were extremely happy with the condo, the location in PCB and the amenities on the property. Amazing view from balcony! Listing is up to date/accurate, condo was supplied as described. We traveled with friends and children ages 4-7 and had a wonderful time, especially with multiple pools and hot tubs to enjoy. We had excellent communication with the owner both before and during our stay. Only complaint would be regarding parking/security as they repeatedly failed to respond to our issue except when the owner addressed it himself (which he promptly did when notified).
