Good small place for no more than 4 people. Furinture could use some updating but I would stay here again if looking for a cheaper option. Shuttle bus stop right across the street made it easy to get to the mountain.
This property is a bit dated, but very clean and in a great location to Canyon. The blue line is directly outside and the gondola is an easy 10 minute walk. It had everything we needed, with easy parking and easy entry. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for your stay and your feedback Shannon,

Very easy booking process. I loved the coded entry lock! Every rental should have these instead of keys. The condo was well maintained and exactly as described. The heat was on when we entered which was so greatly appreciated. It is located so close to the village. We had a great time!

Dated Facility
Good for young singles who just want a cot or couch to sleep in. Dated carpet and furniture. The “bunk bed” area was extremely dusty and caused my son respiratory issues. Some of the towels provided had stains. There was zero parking after 8 pm and was very inconvenient in the middle of a snow storm.
I stayed here for 2 nights and 2 days, it was the worst experience of my life. As my daughter said it was the “condo of agony and misery”. When we first arrived, the entry and parking access was TERRIBLE. Check-in and parking was horrible, even more so that we were all extremely tired. The worst part was that we came expecting a nice condo… When we entered, the condo smelled so bad and it was so dirty, completely opposite of what the listing said. The next day when we wanted to shower, we only had 5 minutes of hot water. We all had to shower with extremely cold water, so much so that we all feel slightly ill as of writing this. Customer service for this was also terrible, we had to wait 2 hours for someone to come check out the water heater just for them to tell us it was our fault since we used all of hot water? We hadn’t even been IN the condo the whole day. There was no continuous hot water and I should know since my husband is a contractor. The nights were also terrible as it was so noisy: dogs, people moving, people talking… In conclusion, instead of being a nice vacation with rest, it was a horrible nightmare.

Archie Bunkers Palace
If you aspire to have your vacation accommodations look like Archie Bunker’s place, this is your spot. After reading some of the 5 star reviews, I was surprised to discover that the condo was so run down. The sheets seem clean, there are a few extra in a black trash bag in a closet, which doesn’t inspire confidence (maybe owner could consider other storage ideas for clean sheets?) The blankets seem to be original from the building construction. Beds are awful. Could feel the springs in my back all night. Pull out sofa bed worse, and the bunk beds... not sure if they can hold size or weight of an adult. But pro tip, take mattresses off of bunk beds and place on pull out sofa bed. That makes sleeping more manageable (and definitely bring your own pillows!). The bathroom.. we found the children’s bathroom but couldn’t find the one for adults. Bathroom is very cramped. And there is a weird sink that seems out of place in the master bedroom. As for sound…the walls and ceiling feel like they were constructed with paper machete. The upstairs renters were incredibly loud all night (group of six 20-something kids) who partied all night stoping and clomping on floors and banging up and down the stairs. No sleep was had. If you can sleep through anything (which I thought I could), this is your place. On a positive note, kitchen has pots, pans, silverware, and a slow cooker.
I've been coming to Mammoth both during the Summer and Winter seasons for a several years now, and have stayed at quite a few different places within my budget. Some have been so disappointing that it's made me head home early. This place, though, was definitely one of the nicest places I've been able to afford. Everything was clean, lots of dishes, glasses, utensils, and things to cook with when you order too much for dinner and have leftovers. My 9 y/o nephew enjoyed his options of the bunk bed, and the cute little room they were built into (though we were too afraid for him to take the top bunk without a rail). The wallpaper in the bathroom was super cute, though moisture has started to get to it. The little sink inside the main bedroom was a nice bonus. It didn't smell funny inside (like some places do...that old smell). The location was great, too. We could either walk down the hill to the village or hop onto the free town trolley that had a stop literally across the street. It WAS a little hard to find the unit when arriving, though. The map provided with the reservation was a little confusing, trying to figure out what "upper" and "lower" meant, but we eventually found it! I'd definitely stay here again if given the chance!
1. Very clean; nice hot water; lot of firewood; everything you need for cooking
2. Great location - a few steps from the shuttle stop
3. Had a issue with cable TV, the management team came down right away to fix the issue when we called them
This property was in a perfect location for our family fishing and just plane relaxing and spending time together trip. The condo was very clean and felt like our own home. Perfectly put together and we had everything we needed for a nice getaway. We were close but far enough away from the village so we felt like we were away from it all. We were also right down the road from the lakes to spend time together. Can't say perfect location enough!!!! The pool area was amazing for the kids after exploring all day. We used the grill outside of our room and it was ready to go with absolutly no problems!!!!
Loved this place
The property is just like I remembered it.
We came here for years with our kids to fish and hike in the summer.
Our unit needs a little TLC on the maintenance side. Given the age of the unit it was all minor cosmetics.
Terry the manager was very nice and helped us with a noise issue and provided an extra flashlight during a brief loss of power due to the weather.
Would stay here again.
