Living room: A cozy living room with a queen size sleeper sofa and love seat in contemporary southwestern style provides a warm and welcoming ambiance with its very own charm. A flat screen TV with a DVD player are perfect for movie entertainment. Kick back, enjoy the romantic atmosphere in front of the river rock fireplace and listen to music, watch a movie, the crackling fire or snuggle up with a good book and take time for yourself.

Kitchen: The welcoming kitchen is stocked with all basic cooking and eating utensils, so don't worry about making a great feast on vacation! There is a regular drip coffee maker in this unit.
Sleeping arrangements: The bedroom hosts a comfy queen size bed, perfect for relaxing after a day full of adventure. Pop on a movie on the private flat screen TV/DVD player and laugh the night away. The bunk area has a double bottom bunk and curtains for extra privacy.

The loaded kitchen, humidifier, make up mirror and hairdryer should complete all your vacation necessities in Mammoth Lakes. Summer is a great time to explore the great outdoors. In the summer, Mammoth's most infamous lakes are within just a few miles of the condo for your swimming or fishing enjoyment. Mountain biking is a very popular sport in Mammoth. Great little corner condo close to Canyon Lodge and 3 Blu Line stops within walking distance. The teenager loved the bunk situation. Hot tub and game room were also a hit. Very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Would book again.

Cozy condo and great location

Great condo for a small family. A little far from the pool and hot tub during the winter. Easy walk to the village or jump onto the Blue Line to Canyon. Kitchen is well-stocked. The living room is comfortable although the TV is at an odd angle (doesn’t swing out). Great little bunk bed for kids and bedroom is nice.

Great location. Had a great time at the place but…. It is is very, very, outdated. The place needs to be brought to the 21st century. Everything from the kitchen counter, fridge, stove, kitchen utensils, bathroom, furniture, etc needs a modern update. The items I mentioned aren’t old and quaint and trying to create a rustic feeling - they are just plain old. Spruce it up!

We stayed at the far end of the complex which was also furthest from the pool, BUT this was perfect for us as our friends were staying across the street. I think I commented on this when making the reservation so they put us in a condo that would put us close to them. So in that respect it was awesome. The unit was clean & had everything we needed, but it was dated and we didnt leave thinking, gotta get that place again! But then we were looking for a certain price and we got what we paid for. The pool & game room are fantastic.

Nice 1 condo; worked well for my family--great location

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. The location was within easy walking distance of the Village (during summer), the complex was quiet (even with adjacent units occupied). The unit was clean and as described. It wasn't anything fancy, but the interior was pleasant and enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked with flatware and appliances, but without being cluttered with every wine-opener left by previous guests. WiFi worked well. I arrived after hours and had a problem operating the key-code the on-call manager was very pleasant and helpful and helped me quickly resolve things. There was outside parking very close to the unit. It worked really well for me and my family (2 kids, 14 and 11 y.o.) and I'd totally stay here again (or another unit in the same complex).
