Condo #109 is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom - 2 bath condo sleeping up to 6 people. This downstairs corner unit is the perfect modern twist to a fun vacation. Hard wood floors compliment the new look, keeping the unit bright and open.

This size unit allows for 2 vehicles

Living Room: A spacious and cozy couch welcomes you in the living room, perfect for game nights with family and friends, or even just to cozy up to the new fireplace and relax.

Electronics: The living room and both bedrooms have a flat screen TV. Wi-Fi with secure network and password.

Kitchen: The modern kitchen offers plenty of cooking and eating space, ready for a delicious meal. Make sure to enjoy their coffee corner to get that coffee boost to begin your day.

Sleeping accommodations: In the master bedroom to find a large king bed and private flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom hosts two bunks, both with a twin top bunk and spacious full size bottom bunk, enough space for everyone!

Canyon Lodge ski locker (key and directions may be picked up at the office).

Seasons 4 year-round common area amenities include: hot spa, dry sauna, restrooms with showers, game room with pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and laundry facility. Summer only: heated swimming pool, community BBQ's, and horseshoe pits.

Great location across the street from the town trolley for easy access to the village and other locations. Super clean and exactly what the advertisement states.Only suggestion would be to install or create a place for snowboards and skis to be held, Highly recommend.

The property was in great shape and had everything we needed. They even included streaming apps. The electronic door lock made a late check-in easy.

Spacious Mammoth Retreat

This Seasons 4 condo was immaculately clean and spacious enough for our family of 5. The bunk room with two twin over full bunk beds was ideal for our 3 teens that are each over 6'. Two full baths are a plus, the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, plates, utensils, etc. The boys utilized the pool table in the common area and the host desk replenished our towels. The proximity to town and the lake area was fantastic. Communication was easy, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful, comfortable, easy

Check-in and out was easy. The Furnishings, interior design, linens, and blankets were comfortable and nice. Everything looked new and clean. Very nice appliances. Great location. Awesome clubhouse. The clubhouse manager let us have friends over to the pool and provided goggles and pool noodles for the kids. I would stay here again.
