You and your family will fall in love with this beautiful home nestled under a canopy of trees in secluded northwest Bradenton. In addition to the pleasures of a well-appointed private home, you'll be conveniently located to some of the area's best outdoor amenities, including the beaches of Anna Maria Island, the Manatee River at the DeSoto National Memorial, the Palma Sola Botanical Gardens, bike paths and kayaking at Robinson Preserve, and a fitness ...center and tennis courts at nearby GT Bray Park. What a combination!

When you're at home, you'll enjoy the sparkling, completely private pool. While the family enjoys a swim or basks in the sun, cook something delicious for lunch or dinner on the gas grill. Younger children in your group will have a blast on the swing set, or just play games in the enormous fenced backyard.

Inside you'll find colorful decor and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. Each of the three bedrooms on the east side of the house features a queen bed, one with a bonus bunk, while the bunk room off the garage on the west side of the house is a great place for the kids to settle in when it's time to rest.

The family can gather at mealtimes around the big table in the dining room, or snuggle up to stream their favorite movies around the large flat-panel TV in the living room.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.

*PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly for one to two dogs with a non-negotiable maximum weight of 25 pounds each and a non-refundable pet fee per dog. There is an additional fee per pet per week for each additional week booked. Also, certain breeds are excluded. It is necessary that you check with our office prior to your trip for details on weight and breed limitations.

FOR GUESTS WITH TODDLERS: This pool is big and open! Although there are pool alarms on every door leading from the back of the house to the pool area, for added peace of mind we can install the home's child safety fence that closely encircles the pool. An additional fee will apply. Please let our office know if you'd like to add this to your reservation.
