32bedroom 2 bath lakefront condo. Community pool and weight room with sauna. Bocce and tennis courts. Great place for morning walks. Open air screened lanai and spacious patio. Owner will leave fishing rods for great bass fishing right out the back door. Also will have kayak available. Beautiful view to have you coffee and breakfast in the morning and for cocktails in the evening. A grill is so available.

Why they chose this property
The location the condo (sleeps) is central to the famous SW Florida beaches of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. We have a private lakefront unit that has an easterly view so morning coffee on the lake is priceless. A very comfortable and spacious condo at 1500 square feet in a split bedroom floor plan.
What makes this property unique
You will have access to one of the largest heated pools in the county as well as a gym and community room with billiards. It's a great community and has little traffic...it is a hidden gem of the area.
