Pros- Great size of property, great location (across from the bay and still very close to the bay), amazing views of the bay. Cons- Biggest issue was sand still in bed sheets (we washed them when we arrived so no big deal), some used matches scattered across the front balcony, and the floor would be better if it wasn't all carpetBut overall for the price and location and it was very much worth it and had a great time. The view really is unbelievable

It was ok. Bay view nice. For some reason door knobs were half off and falling off (back door, front door and bathroim), rugs were not in good shape and kinda dirty looking. For a place that allows pets, hardwood is key. Also, outdated bathroom and shower head dirty with mold. Ac units were tricky and living would not cool down. Two bedrooms ac unit worked good.

We wish we had known about these concerns during your stay, as our property manager is on site and would have been happy to address any issues immediately. The Mitsubishi ductless system and Midea A/C units are brand new and typically work very well, so it’s possible a setting may have needed adjustment; we would have gladly assisted. Our bathrooms are accurately represented in the listing, and our cleaning crew takes great care to ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for every guest. We appreciate your comments and will review the areas you mentioned to ensure everything is in top shape for future guests."

One aircondioning unit , bedroom has fans but was really hot. Hot water was fleeting in shower. Only two chairs in living room. Yet set up to sleep 6, need a couch. Also called contact. Who was sweet. But wasn't willing to provide chairs for deck.

We reached out to the homeowner who would like to share the following message: "The air conditioning in the home is a Mitsubishi ductless system and it provides excellent cooling for the entire home. The bedrooms have ceiling fans to assist in circulation. As the homeowner, I make myself available at any time to review all questions a guest may have. If contacted I would have assisted the guest with ensuring the cooling system was on the best setting to be as comfortable as possible. The living room has two large sitting chairs along with a table with four chairs and a bench suitable for two. There are two bedrooms one with a queen bed and the second with four beds (two sets of bunk beds). All of the pictures in the listing are accurate showing all of the furniture provided. Currently, as shown in those pictures, there are no outside chairs. This is a just renovated home with brand new furniture. I will be making ongoing improvements and outdoor furniture will be available shortly." Best, the Evolve Team

I’m not going to lie I was disappointed thinking we had the whole house then when I put my last down payment down it said only access to the second floor. Honestly, that’s all we needed. Super cute. Great location! Relaxing trip!! Loved how they had bikes for us. Spent most of time on the balcony watching the bay. Dogs enjoyed it as much as we did. We will be back! Loved everything about it!

This was a lovely condo to stay in. Perfect for our stay especially with our dog. He absolutely loved the balcony! Very clean , washer and dryer were fabulous and a big plus. The only recommendation I would make is to pull up the rugs and put flooring in. Makes it easier when you allow for pets for any unexpected clean ups but we would stay here again. AC and fans worked great, kitchen provided all of your needs, and so close to the beach. The view from the balcony overlooking the inlet was so peaceful. I would give this 5 star!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Spent time relaxing on upper deck as we were on 2nd floor watching the egrets and bay. During our July 4th weekend stay we saw fireworks every night. One night right from the deck others from a short walk up to the sea wall. This condo is so well stocked. If you’ve forgotten something it is most likely there. Our pups had fun watching and barking at all the dogs passing by on their walks. Great place. We’ll furnished.

Perfect spot for a family!

We spent a few quiet days at this location and it was perfect! We were traveling with our young son so having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer were a huge perk! The location is perfect with fantastic views and a short walk to the beach. The home is beautifully decorated, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The property owner was very attentive, and even provided recommendations for local restaurants which was a huge help! He made getting ahold of him incredibly easy if we had any questions or needs. Definitely a must stay in Brigantine!

The owner is OUTSTANDING!!! Checked on us making sure there was nothing more he could do for us. Allowing us to bring our fur baby which completes our family was one of the best parts. The view was beyond breathtaking especially for the fireworks. Didn’t have to leave the comfort of his home. Memories that will last a lifetime.

Over all the house was clean and beautiful, but on the other hand I found the AC in the living not cold it was last me a fan we were very hot , and uncomfortable, also no AC in the master bedroom and no screen on the glass sliding doors was insane, we were sweating so bad that we couldn’t sleep in there, we took to mattresses off of the buck beds and slept in the very warm living room, also there not enough furniture in the living to just relax on ... no couch the chairs weren’t comfortable, over all not a great experience, sorry but just being honest ......

Hi James, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you found this house uncomfortable. We followed up with the owner, who wanted to share this feedback: - The air conditioning unit in the living room is a ductless 15,000 BTU system that is capable of cooling the entire home. - There are ceiling fans in the living room and the master bedroom to help circulate the cool air, as well as a table fan in the master for added comfort. There is also a brand new air conditioner in the second bedroom. - In regards to the furniture, all the pictures of the unit are accurately displayed in the listing. The design of the home and furniture is for comfort and excellent use of the space, and there is plenty of extra seating in addition to the living room chairs. I make myself available at all times to guests needing assistance and would have been more than happy to help better your stay, by making sure the setting of the cooling units was optimized. I want all guests to have as great a time as possible in this special home, and encourage guests to reach out to me with any concerns.
