The house was spacious and clean! Her kitchen was fully stocked and her beds are so comfortable. My family and I had a wonderful time there. Beth is an amazing host! We felt so welcomed our entire stay and she made every effort to make sure we were 100% comfortable. Thank you Beth!

Very nice property, as described in the listing. Easy check-in and check-out process. It worked great for our extended family, with really well-laid out communal spaces and comfy furniture. The kitchen was well-stocked. Would stay again!

Excellent stay in Oceanside

This was the perfect home for our family, with adult children and baby grandchilden, to gather for a family wedding. The house was well appointed with everything we needed, and had plenty of room for 10 people to sleep comfortably, plus large living spaces for everyone to gather. Our hosts were very responsive and very easy to work with. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Great spot for families and quiet neighboorhood!

The house was just the right size for our family. We were able to rest, spend time together and just have a great weekend. The neighborhood is fabulous and so quiet. I appreciated the beautiful decor of each room and the cleanliness of the house overall.

Family weekend

The house was perfect for our family ! Came for the soccer tourney at the sports complex. There was a downstairs bedroom for the grandmothers . Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood , we will be back soon!

Beautiful home

Our vacation was so easy and enjoyable thanks to Beth and her beautiful home! Her home was very spacious...everyone had plenty of room to move around and not get into each other’s way! We were traveling with an elderly parent, and having a bedroom on the main floor was a life saver! I would definitely stay here again!

Oceanside Home

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. The backyard was my favorite aspect. Beth, the owner, couldn’t have been nicer or more clear for cleaning instructions upon check-out. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to spend a weekend in North County with friends.

Soccer teammates

We book this for the ECNL playoffs for 5 girls and moms. All the beds were comfortable. The host was incredible to work with. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels for all of 10 of us. The property was clean comfortably and so nice. Oceanside was awesome with plenty of shops and restaurants. Amazing memorable trip

Family Wedding

We were very impressed with the Guajome property in Oceanside, Calif. The property was perfect for our stay-5 bedrooms with an open floor plan which was great for family interaction, and for our grandchildren to spend time together. The property’s host was especially cordial and helpful in answering questions during our stay. Kudos to her. Finally, we fully recommend this property and would not hesitate to book again.

Escape the AZ Heat

This was my family's first VRBO experience and it didn't disappoint. The house far exceeded our expectations and it was so much better than staying in a hotel. The kids and mother-in-law had their own rooms. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials for cooking. It was great to have access to a washer and dryer daily. The back yard was peaceful and beautifully landscaped. The location of the home was just a short drive to the beach and zoo. We will check back soon for open dates to get away from the AZ Heat. Great vacation home for large families.

Property was great and the owner was very nice. Major downside was the AC was not working. Sleeping in 78 degree home was not expected. For this price and style of home they should have been up to speed with repairs prior to renting it out.

Spacious family home in nice neighborhood

The house is in fantastic shape, super clean and in a nice neighborhood. Our extended family enjoyed the open layout, comfortable seating options and back patio. My 80 year-old mother loved her downstairs room with the adjacent bathroom. The Kitchen was extremely well-stocked with pots and pans, serving bowls, storage containers, and plenty of plates and utensils which we put to good use. Beds were very comfortable. It was a really spacious yet comfortable home for our group. We were challenged by the dishwasher not getting everything clean. We tried loading less at a time and that did help some. It’s possible there was a better setting to try but we didn’t get this mastered during our time there. The owner was super responsive to our questions and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you! We would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family vacation! The first floor bedroom was great for my mom with bathroom next door. The master bedroom was spacious and beautiful. The bedrooms upstairs provided the flexibility for our 18 yr-old daughter and cousins who slept over. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed! The host was super responsive to all my questions. I would definitely stay at this property again!
