The street side balconies accessed via the den and street side bedroom respectively give an additional view of Topsail Sound across the street.

Barefoot

We enjoyed this house and the location. It was reasonably spacious, very clean and not overburdened with beach-themed tchotchkes. One particular episode to note: the kitchen sink faucet broke during our stay and the Carolina Retreats personnel were very helpful finding a plumber on short notice to replace it. Everyone was gracious and efficient and we want to note our appreciation.

The family loved the house. Very spacious and clean. We had 8 adults and it was very comfortable. I loved having the keyless door. The deck does need more higher chairs too sit and watch the ocean. The railing was loose on the top (not safe). I did not report - sorry. Thanks for having beach umbrellas and tubes to use in the water! Love Topsail beach!
