Beautifully appointed waterfront home on Blue Bill Cove in Portsmouth, RI. This newly remodeled cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, in 2 bedrooms, both with a queen bed and plenty of closet storage. All bed linens, bath and beach towels are included.

Island Park is an eclectic village that offers several restaurants, pubs, a coffee shop, clam shacks and a local beach all within walking distance. Grab an ice cream as you come off the beach, or dine locally.

Enjoy kayaking or floating on a raft with included equipment, right from the property! There are also several local marinas, and a launch ramp, if you want to bring your boat or jet ski. There are also several local golf courses and and the most recent attraction, Rail Explorers located right in Portsmouth.

Easy access off Rte 24, 10 mins to the quaint village of Bristol over the Mt. Hope bridge, 20 minutes to the beautiful beaches in Middletown and a 25 minute ride to historic Newport!

Lovely property

I stayed here over Christmas to be closer to my family and enjoy some peace and relaxation. The house was exactly as advertised. It was immaculate with a beautiful view and a modern kitchen. I bet it would be even more amazing in the summer! The property manager was thoughtful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Spotless Home in a Wonderful Location

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was perfect! The house was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the neighborhood was quite (but still within walking distance to several restaurants).We sat outside in the evenings, enjoying the waterfront view and firepit. The host was very communicative and even let us check in early at no extra charge. Best VRBO we've every stayed at!

Wedding Weekend

We loved our stay at the house. The location was perfect, the view overlooking the bay was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and the house was well stocked. Even a rabbit in the yard :) It was close to Newport where we were attending a wedding our daughter was in. Many great restaurants nearby. The host kept in contact with us daily. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Loved it!

Blue Bill Cove Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage!! We loved sitting on the back deck with the fire pit on while looking out at the cove. It's not far from Newport and we drove there everyday. Such a cute tiny house that's decorated in a beachy theme!! We would definitely stay here again!
