Andrea was readily available from day 1. Having 2 living areas was perfect for my husband and I and my son and his family. Our 3 granddaughters had their own area to spend time in. The back deck was wonderful. The view was stunning. The sunsets were beautiful.

Why they chose this property

Ok, so in simple terms and without exaggeration, the views on this property are just spectacular. You will notice from the time you pull up to the driveway and throughout every room. The property has mesmerizing views of both Gunstock and Lake Winnipesaukee. In one word, captivating. The home has been meticulously maintained and newly renovated throughout including all new appliances, televisions and furnishings. Both Andrea and I absolutely love this home and wish to share it with you and your family.

What makes this property unique

Nestled atop of Gunstock Acres, less then 2 miles from the mountain. The property is located about 5 miles from Laconia and 5 minutes from the lake. In the Winter, enjoy skiing, driving snowmobiles across the lake, snowshoeing and tubing. Very convenient to Weirs beach attractions as well. This place has it all.
