Just a block and a half from a private beach, this 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath immaculate home, offers a family of up to 8, everything needed for a great Cape Cod vacation. 2 full floors include, a full eat in kitchen, a kitchenette, 2 living rooms with surround sound, a beautiful private backyard great for entertaining family and friends, or just enjoy a dinner or quiet breakfast. An outdoor shower to wash the sand off.

This home is a 2 minute walk to a private beach. From the beach, you can take in the distant views of Martha's Vineyard looking out over the Nantucket Sound while you sit back and enjoy your vacation. If you are looking for some fun after the sun is setting, walk or drive the 1/2 mile to the Popponesset Marketplace or the Popponesset Inn, where there is something for everyone. If you can't find what you're looking for at the Marketplace, the Mashpee Commons are 4 miles away.

Gem In Cape Cod

Quaint, charming and clean house. Excellent location with a beautiful yard. A block and a half to a nice private beach. Owner was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Looking forward to booking this house again in the future.

An Excellent Stay

Rich and his family have put a ton of love and dedication into this great cottage with every amenity! The back yard is stunning, even down to the landscaping lighting and dining set with reclining chairs. The basement is a perfect hang out space for teens and adults alike. And the outside shower is downright perfect. Can’t say enough good things!!! Thank you, Rich and Family, for a great stay!!!

Wonderful Cape Week

The Lewis’ home was the perfect Cape getaway. It was the perfect size for our party of 6. The house is nicely updated. We ran into some technical difficulties with all the high end gadgets, but the owner was very responsive.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Great location near the beach and relaxing backyard area. The owners made you feel welcome in their home and were quick to respond with any questions. Highly recommend for a family getaway!
