​​​​​​​This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for any daytime noise and workers on site during weekday hours, we have already applied a special, heavily discounted rate to your booking.

This open-concept, fully-appointed 4th floor condo features an ocean view from nearly any place within the unit. The main rooms face due south, overlooking the pool and the coastline looking toward the Cape Canaveral National Seashore. Everything is included to ensure you enjoy a relaxing stay: beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, in-unit washer/dryer, flat panel TVs with High Definition cable TV and DVD players in each room. Comfortably sleeps 7: King bed in the master, 1 queen with trundle in guest bedroom, living room sofa has also has a queen trundle. Both bathrooms have been updated, and there is a hotel safe in the master bedroom closet.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.
