About this property

Steps to the pool and 5 min walk to the beach

This is our blessing by the sea and we hope it will be your blessing by the sea as well. This is our home away from home. We have equipped it so that it can have everything that you need to spend a great time with friends and family.
Our local area has so much to offer, there is something for every age and taste. We are in the beautiful Emerald coast on the Gulf of Mexico.
We have are a mile away from Silver Sand outlet mall and other shopping venues.

Our house description
Our house has three bedrooms and two and a half bedrooms.
Our bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor
Master bedroom has super comfortable king size bed and a twin bed.
Middle bedroom has a full size.
Front bedroom has queen. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.
As you come in on the first floor, you will find the kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen is well equipped for those who just like to order food, or have cereal to those who loves cooking. We have put all the basic small appliances to make a small or a big fancy meal!!
There is a half bath room on the first floor.
We have very nice yard: the pool! Yes the pool is outside of our porch. The pool has bathroom and a outside shower for your use.
You will have access to our garage, driveway and street parking

Superb

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this townhome. The location was great, close to the beaches & the amenities of shopping but also tucked away and not over crowded. The home was very clean, and very updated. The master bed is so comfortable.

Nice family vacation

This property was nice, especially for a family. Only problems I had was that it was listed as pet friendly but once booked got a message saying it was not pet friendly. It was an easy fix after speaking with the owner. Also the toilet in the half bathroom downstairs was stopped up. And ants were all over the bonk beds upstairs in the master bedroom so we didn’t use them, and all over the nightstand next to the bed by the window in that bedroom. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Everyone was friendly and the property was beautiful.

We’re a traveling family band and have been using VRBO instead of motels. Economics and comfort are the main reason for VRBO. This property was very clean, up to date and the host and all the community were very friendly.
