🚌 Direct access to main thoroughfares and several bus routes are available right at your doorstep.
🔁 Kindly return the key & fob at checkout to the same lockbox at our office.
⚠️ Non-returned key/fobs are charged at $100.00 as they are difficult and expensive to replace.

The FREE CAT bus system is amazing, just hop on and off.

✅ Check-In & Out
• Check-in: From 3:00 PM (self check-in via lockbox — info sent the day before)
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM (late check-out fees apply if not pre-arranged)

• No smoking indoors — $250 fee for deodorising
• Outdoor smoking damage: $250
• No pets unless pre-approved in writing (unauthorised pets = $250 + cleaning)
• No parties or events — violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund
