Newly installed block out blinds. Starter amenities provided. Come home to stay!

Ferry Terminal
The Transperth ferry from Barrack Street Jetty to Mends Street Jetty (South Perth and the Perth Zoo) and from Barrack Street Jetty to Elizabeth Quay is accessible for wheelchairs and scooters. The Coode Street Jetty (South Perth) is not accessible.
Taxis

Transperth trains: The Free Transit Zone (FTZ) allows SmartRider ticketholders to travel free between the Perth Railway Station and the City West and Claisebrook stations. Conditions apply to non-SmartRider ticketholders.

Clean and comfortable
This small hotel apartment was all we needed, as our base while in Perth. Good location, handy to the free bus service, and it was quiet, considering the city location. The apartment has a good, well equipped kitchen and the bed was comfortable.

Beautiful city!
Not a bad property however we couldn’t get the dishwasher to work, the shower know was broken as well as the actual shower head. We couldn’t adjust it and there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper which was not enough.
