PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Come stay in Hale Honu! A luxurious, newly furnished, split-level Nihilani floor plan. Nihilani 8C is in an interior building away from streets and traffic noise and just a short walk to the pool and BBQ area.

This unit features hardwoods throughout all of the living areas. Enjoy three lanais--two off the private bedrooms, or you can share a balmy evening with friends on the lanai just off the living room.

Enjoy a thoroughly equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, Cuisinart coffee maker, toaster & blender, granite countertops, large breakfast island, and dining room seating for six.

Upstairs you'll find an expansive main suite with a king size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Down the hall is the second bedroom with a Queen size bed and shared jack and jill bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin size beds. Bringing work with you? The office at the top of the stairs has plenty of room for you to get work done...although we hope you're here to have fun! The living and master suite offers large flat screen TVs, cable, and DVD players, & flat screen TV in the queen guestroom. If you bring a tablet, we have high-speed Internet so you can stream your favorite services.

All beds have brand-new high-quality mattresses to assure a comfortable, restful stay, high thread count sheets, and duvets from West Elm & Pottery Barn. Stay cool with air conditioning, dry with 2-car garage parking, and clean with state of the art high-density washer/dryer.

For your beach outings, choose from soft- or hard-sided coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, floaties and boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and beach toys. Family beach trips will be a breeze. Set up for the day at Ke'e, Tunnels, Hanalei, Anini, and lots of other nearby beaches.

Nihilani is a quiet development with all the amenities just minutes from shopping and food in Princeville and Hanalei. And you're only minutes away from great dining, live entertainment, luaus, zip-lining, helicopter tours, world-renowned hiking destinations, horseback riding, and mini golf.

Property is in a very nice townhome location. The amenities were all great. We used the grill and the A/C worked flawlessly. More importantly everything in the home was in great condition, clean and organized. All the beds were comfortable. So Sleep - 10, Cleanliness - 10, Location - 10, and no noise other than wildlife. We will be back.

Spacious house & great pool

Clean, neat, spacious property in Princeville. The pool is excellent. Great selection of beach chairs and umbrellas to use, which was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It is spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable, and close to so many great attractions. We made use of the walking/jogging routes and could walk to the Makai Club to meet the shuttle for a trip to Hāʻena State Park. We also loved walking down to Hideaways Beach and enjoyed the sunset from the nearby lookouts. There are lots of local sights and beautiful views from all directions. It’s a short drive (or walk) to Princeville Center and restaurants there and Hanalei is close by. The beds are comfortable and all of the rooms are well-appointed. The AC worked well and the high ceilings and ceiling fans were a bonus! Having three patios with comfortable seating provided relaxing space for everyone. The garage is spacious and we loved having beach towels, coolers, chairs, snorkels, and other equipment provided.

Our second long stay in Nihilani/Princeville. Location is great, wonderful community, great unit. Enjoyed the pool and spa in this well landscaped and maintained community. Unit is updated and very clean and communication responsive. New beach chairs and cooler bag provided. Will be back again next year.

We absolutely loved staying here! Perfect space for our family of 5. Light and so comfy and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect and we loved that we were able to walk to Queens Bath since there is never any parking there. All the beach necessities were provided which was awesome. We would stay here again in a heart beat. It was really hard to leave. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and it still wasn't long enough. Thanks for letting us rent your lovely home. A perfect condo in Princeville

We absolutely enjoyed our time in this beautiful Princeville condo. It was very clean and well appointed with plenty of room for our family of 6. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking many meals during our stay. The number of decks and outside seating accommodations were used everyday. The location is easy to get to and really perfect to venture further north or east. We were very grateful for the use of beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and sand toys which made the time on the beach even more enjoyable. Cars must be parked in the garage, and we had a Chevy Tahoe which fit! I would highly recommend this condo and look forward to coming back in the future.

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo in Princeville for two weeks in April. The condo is nicely decorated , bright and very clean. The owners were thoughtful enough to include beach chairs, sand toys, cooler and beach towels. The pool area is wonderful, the kids enjoyed swimming in the pool after a day at the beach. New BBQs were put in while we were there and we enjoyed grilling in the evenings. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. It was the perfect place for our family to stay. Our time here went by too fast. Looking forward to returning someday. Thank you Desirae and James, you were both very helpful.

This place was perfect. Spacious, comfortable, and felt like home right away. Garage was nice to have. Tons of beach stuff at the house for your use - we hiked more and didn't use it but chairs, toys, coolers, etc. at your fingertips. Full size kitchen with everything you need. Master bed and bath were super nice. Mattress was incredibly comfortable. It was just my wife and I staying, so the place felt huge, but I think it would still be spacious enough for a big family. Neighborhood is very quiet and a Foodland is right up the road. We stayed here in the middle of our vacation and regretted leaving for another destination as this place was just so nice. Would absolutely recommend it and would stay here again in the future.

The property was amazing, along with the amenities and even the neighbors were so kind. I had good vibes throughout the whole process of booking this condo and throughout the whole vacation. I love the north shore! And this put us right up there. The pool and grill was a very short walk away and beautiful. Beds are soooo comfy, especially the king size. Decks are beautiful. I took a selfie off my bedroom deck with the mountains behind me...I don't remember reading that the mountains are visible in this condo, but they are. I had a rooster in my yard at least a couple times a day! Loved it! The pictures on vrbo are true. When I go back to paradise I will try to book this condo for sure!
