Nestled in Bixby Knolls, a beautiful LGB neighborhood replete with Spanish and Craftsman homes, this space is a 50s modern delight. 3 B, 2 B, constant sunshine, pool, full kitchen, parking. 40 min to downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood and Beverly Hills. 15 min to pristine beaches of the Peninsula.
