It has a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, toaster, dinnerware/glassware and all utensils. The unit also has a flat screen television and its own private balcony with a table and chairs.
All amenities of this Marriott property are available to you which includes golf, tennis, fitness centre, walking trails, and 3 resort pools -1 offering beverage and food service, 1 complete with splash pad and waterslide for children, and a "quiet pool" for those who enjoy reading and chillaxing. Great Once Again

We loved our stay in the Shadow Ridge time share. We used your vrbo rental to add a third week to our owner reservation. I expect we will do this again next year as the third week was great.

It was a great stay. We slept well and it was clean. We didn’t make it to any of the activities because we were at Indian Wells tennis grounds. We also didn’t feed the coyotes.

Perfect spring break

We had a great time. Check in was easy. They were very accommodating and put us in a unit near the main pool on the ground floor just like we requested. My kids (6 &8) loved the pools and all of the activities like mini golf, basketball, and arts and crafts. The grounds were beautiful. Lunch by the pool was delicious and we loved getting drinks at the pool bar. We would definitely come again.

Spring Break with family

Overall we were very happy with the stay. Only little confusion was at the beginning the day before we left for our trip we were confused about the check in process. Once I reached out to Michael to clarify, it was seamless and smooth. The unit is very clean and appears to be newly renovated, so everything was new, fresh and functional! The resort is awesome too...great balance of easy to get into, enough pool area for everyone to spread out, close to other attractions and the airport...lots of good things to say about this property and the experience we had!

Wonderful Family Vacation at Marriott Shadow Ridge

The property is very big and spread out with tons to do. In the morning, we liked to walk to get Starbucks coffees at the Marketplace. We played pickleball, beach volleyball, table tennis, shuffleboard and Corn Hole and participated in the fun bingo event held poolside. The food and drinks at the poolside restaurant were excellent. The pools were heated to a really comfortable temperature. We rented a two bedroom unit and it was very clean and a good size. Michael was an excellent host who communicated with us well and ensured we had a seamless rental experience. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Amazing!

We loved everything about it! Thank you for taking such good care of us. Roadrunner pool was right across from us & it was great. Nice & quiet. Less kids. Nothing against them but it wasn’t packed which was nice. We even had roadrunners outside our patio. Loved the 2800 block as we had the green grass behind. Covered parking was an excellent feature. Perfect amount of dishes.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott property, clean, quiet, gorgeous view also. We were located right next to the large pool which was a plus. We definitely would return!

4.5 stars. Beautiful grounds. Love the pool area and golf course was nice but pricey.

Everything went smoothly renting this condo. Michael even gave us his phone number to call him if there was any problems. The studio condo is about hotel room size but worked for the two of us. The refrigerator and microwave came in handy. The pool is right next to the building the condo is in. Everything was lovely. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It may need to be updated some time in the near future. Thanks Michael for letting us stay in your condo.
