Excellent apartment in a great location

Had an amazing stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Pool was excellent. The apartment had all amenities. It was clean and tidy. Highly recommend- would definitely book again

lovely spacious apartment with excellent pool

We have had a blissful two weeks here in Cala Galdana! The villa has been a wonderful base to come back to and we hope to return some time in the future:) The resort has such peaceful and welcoming vibes and we have thoroughly enjoyed all it has to offer, especially hiring out kayaks and bikes from the hotel. It has been so fun exploring the local beaches like Mitjana and Macarella and it’s very easy to travel to Ciutadella for the day by bus (3€ per person). It has been a fantastic holiday which we all won’t soon forget:) many thanks, the Durbins

De très belles vacances

Nous avons passé de très belles et reposantes vacances en famille dans cette agréable maison située à 200 mètres de l'escalier qui mène à la page de Cala Galdana et du chemin qui mène aux criques de cala Mitjana et cala Mitjaneta. L'environnement est calme. Une superette se trouve à proximité (5 minutes à pied). On y trouve ce tout ce qu'il faut. La piscine est bien entretenue et très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs si on a la moindre question sur le séjour. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location.

Se puede mejorar

El apartamento está bien situado y tiene una cosa muy buena que es la piscina privada. Lo peor de todo los colchones de todas las camas, son muy blandos y no se duerme bien, también es bastante incómodo la plaga de hormigas constante en la cocina. Creo que si cambiaran los colchones mejoraría bastante pues lo que uno quiere en vacaciones es descansar bien. Por lo demás bien.

Dream family holiday

Perfectly laid our property, absolutely beautiful and private pool, fantastic location in arguably the best spot on the island with several beach options within walking distance. I cannot fault the property or the area.

Todo perfecto tras unos problemas de comunicación con la propiedad al llegar. Quiero agradecer a HomeAway su interés y su ayuda para solucionarlo. La casa muy agradable en una zona tranquila, a cinco minutos de la playa por un precioso camino de bosque. Está bien equipada con todo lo necesario, sólo le pondría lámparas en las mesillas. Tiene una piscina muy agradable. La playa aunque urbanizada limpia e ideal para ir con niños. Andando uno y dos km se llega a cala Mitjana y Macarella preciosas y vírgenes. Hemos pasado una semana estupenda. Recomendaria está propiedad sin dudarlo

Great Location, Great Place

Great owner who is really helpful. Great location to local beach, we used a nearby local hotel's lift most days!!! Also, really close to supermarket for usual supplies. Some really nice resturants nearby. Loved exploring the caves by canoe, really lovely walk to small beach just beyond Cala Galdana beach, which is perfect for families etc. Loved it all round.

Perfect place to stay in the most beautiful part of Menorca!

We stayed here towards the end of July - what a great place! Always loved the Cala Galdana area of Menorca and this was the first time we have been lucky enough to stay there. The apartment was ideal for us (two adults, a sixteen year old and a seven year old) - with its own pool, and no one in the apartment upstairs, it really felt like a villa. The accommodation was spacious and the pool was simply perfect for cooling off in the heat! Kids loved having their own space to splash around and the pool is deep enough in parts for jumping in! Plenty of sun loungers and everything you could need inside too! The location was excellent - a short walk down to the beautiful beach of Cala Galdana. If you walk a little further up the road, there are viewing points with spectacular views across the bay! Just a 20 minute walk (although with perhaps a little longer with a seven year old) is the hidden gem of Cala Mitjana - only accessible by foot. Absolutely stunning beach! It gets busy so try and get there in the morning - and remember to take euros for the wheelbarrow of fresh fruit that comes down each day! We hired a car for the week we were there and found we managed to see a lot on this small island. Having been to Cala en Porter the year before, we made sure to visit there, as well as Castillo Menorca (an absolute must if you have kids! Super cheap, something like 4 euros each for the day - they have a pool, slide, hammocks, trampolines, fountains, mini golf...everything!). Also recommend taking a boat trip on the Beach Explorer from Cala Galdana - small boat which takes you around 5 beautiful bays with a swim stop at Cala Turqueta. We drove to the north of the Island to see the rocky coastline at Fornells which was a nice contrast to the south. The apartment is in the perfect location - hire a car from the airport and you can pretty much get anywhere within half an hour! Sharon was great with communication and recommended a couple of fantastic restaurants - Restaurant Mitjana (at Cala Galdana) was incredible! We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely return!

Muy bien todo

Ubicación excelente, claras instrucciones del dueño, limpio y ordenado, la propiedad es lo que te prometen. Cocina bien equipada y una piscina maravillosa. Por poner alguna pega, la barbacoa no estaba limpia y hay muchas hormigas dentro de la casa, dos temas absolutamente menores. Recomiendo a todo el mundo, especialmente a familias con niños, esta propiedad.
