About this property

The apartment is situated in a stunning complex which is just minutes walk to the beautiful Blue Flag beach. The complex includes pools, bar/restaurant, tennis courts, children's play area all set in beautiful gardens. The whole area is child friendly and safe with a large fence round the pools. The sea is at the end of the road and can be seen from the entrance. The beach is 6 miles of white sands with numerous cafes and restaurants dotted along the beach front. Sports include kite surfing, wind surfing, surfing, sailing, golf, tennis and horse riding at 2 equestrian centres 5min away. The main street is 100m towards the beach where fresh bread and all essentials can be bought. There are lots of great bars and tapas restaurats located in this area.

Stayed for a week out of season it was only just opening up for the summer but the beach and local restaurants were very good would definitely come again and the apartment was great nice and clean and well equipped

The best thing about this apartment is the location and the shared pool. It was really brilliant for us to be so close to restaurants/markets/beach/shops and the apartment pool is ideal for young and older and very clean and well maintained. The apartment itself could do with some attention in bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom to bring up to a higher holiday home standard. Wifi is top notch and we had no problems working from this apartment. A fantastic 3 weeks in the sun with the family.

Excellent for families

There was a terrible set of instructions on how to get to the property with 3 addresses none of which were accurate. When we finally opened the door there is an “aroma de drains”. There was no coffee machine, toilet paper refuse sacks or wine glasses. The toaster tripped the main fuse. The pool is closed until mid June. The apartment is opposite the pool and garden maintenance area, so plenty noise. On the plus side? Fabulous location Excellent bus routes to town and Cadiz Good restaurants and a mini mart nearby Beach 7 min walk away. Nice outside area Good for car parking Property manage, Tesha, very helpful Would we go back? Probably.

Lo mejor: instalaciones comunitarias

Lo mejor son las instalaciones comunitarias y la ubicación cerca de toda la zona de ocio, la playa queda a 5 minutos. El apartamento necesita algunas reparaciones... además, cuando entras da un olor como si hubiese estado cerrado mucho tiempo al igual que los armarios, no pudimos meter la ropa porque olían fatal. Es necesario llevar papel higiénico, jabón para lavar platos y gel y champú. No tiene mosquiteras ni aire acondicionado.

Ubicación y urbanización inmejorables. Piso acogedor y funcional. Creo que el anuncio se podría actualizar detallando todas las instalaciones deportivas de la urbanización (padel, fútbol, basket). La limpieza es mejorable ya que había telarañas y arañas, imagino que de estar tiempo sin utilizar. Tuve alguna incidencia y me la resolvieron muy bien y rápido. Los propietarios contactaron conmigo con tiempo y me enviaron instrucciones prácticas, muy amables

Tolles Appartement in super Lage - leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Ein gutes Appartement in einer tollen Anlage mit super Lage zum wunderschönen Strand La Barrosa. Leider ist die Einrichtung nicht mehr aktuell und es fehlt die Klimaanlage. Ansonsten war Alles sehr gut.

Han sido unas vacaciones fantásticas porque el apartamento está muy bien situado, las instalaciones de la urbanización son estupendas, el espacio exterior del propio apartamento es fantástico y la relación con los dueños y los encargados del apartamento ha sido muy buena. Dicho esto, el apartamento necesita mejoras. Las fotos que acompañan al anuncio no reflejan el estado actual de éste, que necesita ciertas reparaciones y el agua caliente no funcionaba bien. Aún teniendo estos pequeños peros, yo repetiría.

Super Lage und guter Service

Schönes Appartement für einen Urlaub am Strand La Barrosa. Sehr gut gelegen und wenn es windig ist kann man auch am schönen Pool verweilen. Leider fehlt eine Klimaanlage, aber das ist auch der einzige Mangel, der sich zu erwähnen lohnt. Der reservierte Parkplatz in der Anlage ist im Sommer ebenfalls Gold wert. Wer einen Strandurlaub an der schönen Atlantikküste Andalusiens erleben möchte ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Our apartment is in such a prime location, shops, restaurants and the beautiful La Barrosa beach are all within a few minutes walk. From lazy pool days to body boarding beach days right through to kayaking and water sports, La Barrosa has it all. Uncrowded, unspoilt and full of culture, Costa de la Luz is a true gem.
