About this property

Just 600m walking from the beach, quiet and comfortable. WIFI

The Residential Costa Gadir, is located in a privileged area, the Novo Sancti Petri, at about 600m from one of the best beaches in Spain, the beach of La Barrosa, with its chiringuitos and to which you can arrive by taking a short 5 minute walk from your apartment. It is very close to golf courses, extensive pine forests and a large shopping center with all kinds of shops: restaurants, coffee shops, bazaars, supermarkets, etc.

You can access the beach directly on foot, without the use of the car. You just have to cross the Hotel Valentín and you reach the beach through the dunes. Is really convenient for the children. In the morning to the beach and in the afternoon to the pool!

The apartment has been recently renovated, painting the walls and acquiring new furniture (beds, sofa, television, fridge, tables for the porch ...). It has garden areas and a pool for adults and children, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, 55 ' television set, fiber optic internet (provided by Orange 300MB connection) parking spot and table and chairs for the porch.

It is rented with bedding and towels according to the number of occupants provided and fully equipped for its use.

The deposit is refunded after departure, when we can check that everything was treated well and there where no damages.

Great apartment, perfect host

Wonderful, clean apartment that is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Pool was lovely but the spectacular beach is such a short walk away we spent most of our time there! Communication was excellent throughout the booking process and during our stay. Local guidance, maps and info that we were given were all spot on and very useful. Highly recommended 👍

Small but incl everything

Nice apartment that includes dishwasher, washing machine and a good kitchen so it is easy to be self dependent. Well maintained garden with swimming pool in the gated community. One drawback is the very small parking lot.

A comfortable little place

The property was in a good location - within walking distance to the beach and supermarket, although we always drove to the supermarket for ease of carrying. The property itself was very comfortable and well equipped, particularly the kitchen. The towels provided were lovely and soft and smelled nice (I have a bit of a thing about nice towels!). The bathroom, unfortunately, needs a lot of refurbishment work and could do with an air vent of some sort. The acoustics of the complex generally were not great and the walls seemed thin as you could hear other visitors in their apartments - probably needs a bit of sound-proofing! The swimming pool was just lush. Our host, Pedro, was just fantastic and provided the best information and responded quickly to any queries - thank you Pedro.

Estancia perfecta, la casa es cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario para vivirla. Muy buena comunicación. La ubicación es excelente, es posible ir caminando a la playa lo que más nos gustó. El apto tiene buen espacio y todos los utensilios necesarios de cocina. El jardín trasero es ideal y tener el coche enfrente muy conveniente. Camas muy cómodas. Podría mejorar la limpieza y el estado del apto le hace falta un refrescamiento de pintura y detalles.

Super Familienurlaub im Juli 2024

Es war einfach ein toller Aufenthalt in Sancti Petri. Wir waren nun schon das 3. Mal in dieser Gegend. Man findet immer wieder neue tolle Entdeckungen dort. Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber und gepflegt. Die Möbel wurden teilweise neu angeschafft. Alle benötigten Utensilien waren vorhanden. Sogar 2 tragbare Liegestühle und ein Sonnenschirm standen für den Strandbesuch parat 🏖️🤗. Der Pool war sehr toll und gut gepflegt, sowie auch die gesamte Außenanlage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert, selbst über WhatsApp. Auf der Terrasse könnte evtl noch ein kleiner Sonnenschutz angebracht werden, da es zu unserem Frühstück/Mittag im Freien schon teilweise sehr heiß war, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir kommen sicher wieder 😎.

EG-Appartment in guter Lage

Wir haben die Wohnung aus 2 Gründen für unseren Urlaub gewählt: 1) die unschlagbare Lage: in 5 Minuten ist man per pedes am schönsten Abschnitt des Strandes "La Barrosa", nämlich auf Höhe der 3 Hipotels 2) da wir zwei alte Schulfreunde Ende 40 sind, wollten wir gerne eine Wohnung mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern. Das Objekt liegt in einer größeren Appartmentanlage, die nahezu durchweg spanische Besitzer hat. Das war sehr angenehm, insbesondere da unter der Woche sehr wenig Gäste vor Ort waren und es durchweg entsprechend ruhig war. Vor-/und Nachteile der Anlage und Wohnung : + umzäunte, gepflegte Anlage mit einem schönen, großen Gemeinschafts-Swimmingpool + EG-Wohnung mit eigenem PKW-Stellplatz und Terrasse + voll ausgestattetes Appartment inkl. Klimaanlage, TV, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, etc. +überdurchschnittlich gute Matratzen +sehr gute und einfache Kommunikation mit Pedro und Mila, das war perfekt! +sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis - sofern Sie mit Kindern reisen: der Pool hat nur eine winzige Nichtschwimmer-Zone, 90% der Poolfläche 1,50-1,80m tief - das Appartment ist zwar vollständig ausgestattet, entspricht von der Wertigkeit der Möbel und Geräte aber eher 2-3 Sternen. Wer Wert auf Luxus legt, sollte sich ggf. nach etwas anderem umschauen, die Fotos sind schöner als die Realität (uns hat das aber nicht gestört) -das Appartment ist deutlich kleiner, als es auf den Fotos erscheint. Mit mehr als 3 Personen würden wir dort nicht anreisen. Gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohnung im EG einer Wohnanlage, die in der Nähes des ellenlangen Sandstrandes liegt. Den Pool haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und läßt nichts vermissen! Erläuterung durch Vemieter sensationell gut und ausführlich. Auch idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge z.B. nach Cadiz, Tarifa oder Vejer de la Frontera. Nur das Bett ist für große Gäste etwas klein und unbequem.

Es ist eine nette, zweckmäßig eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung in einer schönen Wohnanlage. Der kurze Weg zum Strand und der große Pool sind sehr angenehm. Prima sind die Strandstühle und der Sonnenschirm. Die Betten sind gut. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Check-In mit Mila hat gut geklappt. Dank Übersetzungs-App. Die Kommunikation mit Pedro verlief zügig und es gab sehr ausführliche Informationen zur Wohnung.

Sehr schöne Lage, Pool, Strand & Meer

Das Apartment war für unsere 5-köpfige Familie sehr schön und ausreichend, mit einem kleinen Garten und suuper schönem grossen Pool und Baby-Pool. 5 Gehminuten zum Strand, sehr gut gelegen und hübsche Gegend auch mit Restaurants. Why they chose this property

The apartment is very close to the beach. You just have to cross the road, go across the Valentín Hotel and along a path you'll reach the magnificent beach of La Barrosa, granted a blue flag for its cleanness and excellency.

I've been expending my holidays in this area since I was a kid and I wanted my daughters to enjoy it as much as I did.

What makes this property unique

It is one of the few residential states that allows walking to the beach in the whole Novo Sancti Petri, since all the big hotels always occupy the first line.
Another advantage is that it is separated from the main road by another small residential development, making it similar to an island surrounded by gardens.

You don't have to march through any step, being as it is at ground level.
